Ciao. My wife and I stayed with Robbi for 10 days on August 24. The accommodation is on the ground floor of a four-family house with a private parking space and a really well maintained garden right on the beach, you don't even have to cross the street. The villa is inside a private residence outside the center of Terracina; if during the day the beach is very crowded, in the evening the area is very quiet. We found the apartment, both as premises and as amenities, exactly as described in the listing; only a few problems with the WiFi connection and therefore with streaming TV programs (there is no antenna). We are sorry we did not meet our host Robbi in person, although by phone he was constantly interested in how our stay was going; by the way, I have to thank him for his willingness to prepare, upon our arrival, a surprise for my wife. Amazing stay in the Villa. It is situated in a beautiful and peaceful private estate in the hills aboce Spoleto. We loved eating out on the terrace and relaxing at the lake on the property. Lorenzo was super helpful and accomodating. We will be back!

Thank you Rosseta for the warm welcome. The place got everything, I have stayed for almost 3 weeks without any issues. Having the metro super close makes the visits to the center very comfortable. I would definetly go back.

The house is in an excellent location making for easy drives to Bracciano and Trevignano Romano, both filled with restaurants and shops. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor pizza oven made cooking a variety of foods quite easy. The view is positively beautiful. Vincenzo and his father are highly welcoming hosts and clearly love and take care of their property.

Experience to do if lovers of nature and sharing. Excellent August with the possibility of buying the meat directly on the spot and grilling independently even in Lunch...excellent choice of breakfast between sweet and savory. For dinner, buy the meat and grill street. Arrosticini and sausage not to be missed, if you love meat!
