In this cosy open space unit just by the pool, you will find a specious leaving room with a fireplace, a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a dining area. All surrounded by our beautiful garden. You can enjoy the sitting areas outside and have your meal under the trees. Enjoy also the nearby lakeshore and the beach bar which are less than 5 minutes walk! The sailing club is our neighbor and so the wonderful Albatross club. The Building in the Hamlet 1

Cozy apartment inside a splendid period building from the early 1700s located in the quietest and most reserved part of the village. The views from its windows over the lake and the characteristic roofs and alleys of the historic center are enchanting. The elegantly renovated apartment with fine woods consists of a living area with a fireplace (not usable), a kitchenette (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine), a sleeping area and a bathroom with shower.

The apartment is located on the ground floor with private access and is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Trevignano Romano, a short walk from the center, restaurants on the lake, the village and the beach. It consists of a large living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a patio, a garden directly connected to the lake, and a private garage. All this is just a short walk from Rome to spend a few days in a small paradise of relaxation, peace and well-being.

Rock suite with hot tub

Leaving the car in the free parking lot, you will have to walk 200 meters to reach this house in the heart of a forest and set in a large rock. All around you can take pleasant walks to the Rio Grande dam. Very suitable for a relaxing weekend in close contact with nature. Suitable for couples (even with pets) who are looking for relaxation, away from the chaos of the cities and who want to escape the responsibilities and stress of life for a while.

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Accessible only on foot, quiet and without traffic, ideal for experiencing the authentic dimension of the town. Free parking 50–200 m away. Wi-Fi.
