Evila e Corrado molto gentili, ci hanno concesso check in e check out negli orari migliori per noi in base agli orari dei nostri treni. Evila ci è venuta a prendere in stazione a piedi, raccontandoci lunga la strada le cose più interessanti da sapere su Roseto. Veramente un posto particolare e grazioso con tutti i confort.

Questa e' la seconda volta che soggiornano al Villino Aurora e con piacere possiamo confermare le belle emozioni scritte nella nostra precedente recensione. Il villino, uno splendido Casale in pietra immerso nella natura a pochissimi minuti da Viterbo e dalle sue terme e' l' ideale per staccare dalla frenetica vita delle grandi metropoli.

Great stay at this lovely little Italian cottage! Check in was easy, host met us as she lives in the house at the front of property. Even though English isn’t her first language she was able to describe main features accurately and in a personable way which made us feel at home. The house had a second double bed which we didn’t realise, in the same room as the main bedroom although on a mezzanine above which was a bonus. Air con was in the lounge which struggled to reach upper levels however they have a free standing air conditioner unit in the bedroom, quite noisy but very effective at keeping temp low during evening. Pool was outstanding with great views and privacy. House was easy to find with lots of local nice villages, 3-5mins drive away wouldn’t recommend walking on these roads. Loved it!

L' alloggio è come nelle foto molto pulito e Veronique è un host assolutamente perfetto, l' alloggio è molto silenzioso e tranquillo, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Per correttezza è da segnalare che la casa è raggiungibile solo da una piccola auto in quanto si trova sulle mura (la vista dalle finestre è molto bello.) e la strada è molto stretta. Grazie Veronique se torneremo sul lago di Bolsena vwrremo certamente da te.

loved staying at Fabiana's place. she explained all house rules in person. Arranged for the parking next to the property. Complimentary snacks available on the property. We stayed with 2 year old kid. It was all good. unfortunately someone had smoked badly nd it smell awful when we entered

Beautiful rooms in a small inn one street off of the center of town & piazza. Four of us stayed in the suite. Private patio with stunning views of the lake! In warmer weather would be even better.

The apartment is on the third floor of a medieval stone building in the center of Carbognano across the street from an ancient castle. You will definitely feel transported in time yet have all the modern conveniences. I especially enjoyed shopping at the local markets and wandering the rural roads and trails. A perfect spot for someone who wants to feel the true Italian country life. Gianluca was helpful at all times.

Tolle Unterkunft mit schöner kleiner Terrasse. Top war der Whirlpool 😍 Mit dem Roller ist man sehr schnell überall und sehr flexibel!! Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Eataly gleich um s Eck!!! 😍

Incantevole casetta immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità, perfetta per una coppia. Comoda come posizione per raggiungere la costa e per godersi l'entroterra (Vulci, Capalbio e Montalto di castro). Perfetta anche d'inverno con ottimo sistema di condizionamento. Gli host Federica e Francesco sono stati molto gentili ed accoglienti. Da ritornare per provarla in estate

Un séjour parfait à proximité de Rome ! Charlotte et Pascale sont des hôtes formidables, toujours disponibles et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Leur réactivité pour répondre à nos questions a été remarquable, et le fait qu'elles parlent français a vraiment facilité les échanges. Le logement est impeccable : très propre, superbement décoré, et à seulement 30 minutes en tram du centre de Rome. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

UNA ESPERIENZA NECESSARIA. Forse è questa la frase più adatta a descrive questa esperienza di un viaggiatore. Eh si, perchè di un viaggio si tratta. Un viaggio nel tempo, nei ricordi della famiglia dell'host, negli arredi che sembrano animarsi, negli oggetti che sembrano raccontarsi, nel bosco che sembra parlarti. Mi fermo perchè ogni altra parola non descriverebbe questa meraviglia.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo loft immerso nella campagna e ne siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti. Lo spazio è ampio, luminoso e arredato con gusto, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di passeggiate. La zona circostante è tranquilla e molto suggestiva, ideale per chi cerca un po’ di pace e natura. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a una coppia che desidera esplorare i dintorni, fare lunghe camminate e godersi l’atmosfera autentica della

Quest'esperienza nel bungalow è stata a dir poco fantastica! I nostri complimenti vanno in primis a Paola,una persona molto gentile e cordiale,simpatica e divertente con cui ci siamo trovati bene fin dall' inizio,sempre stata molto gentile e disponibile ad accoglierci nella suo bellissimo bungalow accurato ai minimi dettagli. Speriamo vivamente di tornare e ripetere l'esperienza scambiando anche altre 4 chiacchiere con la simpatica Paola. Consigliatissimo.

Amazing place! Big room, very comfortable bed, nice terrace that you can sit whenever you want, big bathroom with bathtub that you can turn into jacuzzi. It’s kind of far from the centre of Rome but I liked the peace I had. Great place, highly recommended👍🏻

La vicinanza con l' auditorium PARCO DELLA MUSICA è ottima! Buona possibilità di parcheggio. Zona tranquilla. Stefano è stato molto attento a tutto, sia prima che dopo il nostro arrivo Da ritornarci!!!

Massimo's home was a nice place to relax after a busy day in nearby Rome. The location is really decent if you don't mind a short car then train ride. The train one-way to Rome Termini was 2.50 euro and 30 mins. The room and bathroom were lovely and private, exactly as described and in photos. In the room is a fridge and microwave, tv with Netflix. The cappuccino every morning was really amazing and they did offer a typical Italian breakfast but I didn't eat much too early. My stay was shorter than expected and he approved my early check-out and help me organize a taxi to get to the airport as needed. Massimo was so gracious and flexible to drop me off to Frascati station and pick me up as needed. He was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The train station was very accessible and felt safe and clean. The lovely, peaceful town of Frascati near the airbnb was complete with shops, restaurants and gelato.

Marina e Giancarlo sono due persone splendide: ci hanno accolto alorosamente e ci hanno spiegato la storia dell'alloggio e degli oggetti contenuti: siamo stati benissimo, temperatura di 24 gradi, cucina completa di tutto e letto comodissimo. Al nostro arrivo Marina ci ha fatto trovare un buffet di dolcetti che sono stati molto apprezzati (finiti in tre giorni😋), il latte, una bottiglia di te, la marmellata, il burro e tutti gli ingredienti necessari in cucina (sale, zucchero, caffè, olio e tante spezie), tovaglioli e scotte. Il bagno era completo di tutto. Praticamente non ci mancava nulla, come a casa. Marina è Giancarlo ci hanno dato tantissimi consigli per esplorare i dintorni e siamo riusciti a visitare tantissime località, trascorrendo una vacanza indimenticabile! Grazie mille siete delle persone stupende. Consiglio a tutti il loro alloggio in quanto è caratteristico, unico e completo di tutte le comodità.

Antonella è una host attentissima e molto cordiale. Il posto è ideale per godere della bellezza della costa di Sperlonga e Gaeta. Consigliatissimo!

This is my second stay at Gianni and Ornela's place. They are wonderful hosts and Ornela's breakfasts are just super. We feel like Gianni and Ornela are our Italian friends. The site is quiet and peaceful and within an easy drive to stores and restaurants. We always have many questions that they patiently answer. We hope to see them again in the future!! Lovely place and lovely people.

Rita has an amazing ABNB, beautiful home, surroundings are extremely peaceful and private. Close to resteraunts, shops and beautiful Olive orchards and vineyards.
