il posto e situato in una zona tranquilla ma anche allo stesso tempo per chi si vuole divertire al parco divertimenti magicland e a pochissimi minuti di distanza. Loredana una persona gentilissima e disponibile sempre, ci siamo trovati benissimo nella stanza ben curata e anche bella spaziosa. Consigliatissimo.

Très beau logement. piscine agréable avec le bar qui permet de manger à midi. tout près de la gare . on a pu laisser notre voiture et aller visiter Rome en train.

Camera pulitissima, ambiente molto tranquillo, Host gentilissima mi ha fatto trovare l'acqua fresca in camera, non è da tutti.

De gastvrijheid en hartelijkheid maken het verblijf bij Enia nog fijner. Heerlijke plek in een rustig maar mooi stuk Italië, een echte familieplek om te ontspannen

Merci Ricardo et toute l'équipe derrière pour cet appartement. Mon séjour s'est très bien passé et vraiment l'appartement était bien adapté tant en termes de position par rapport à divers sites touristiques romains qu'en termes d'accès (5 min du métro). Nous en garderons un trés bon souvenir.

Szeregowiec w spokojnej okolicy na zamkniętym osiedlu. Dedykowane miejsce postojowe dla samochodu. Możliwość skorzystania z wewnętrznego basenu za dodatkową opłatą. Gospodarz Luca służy radą. Elastyczne godziny zameldowania (nawet w późnych godzinach). Duży taras na piętrze. Plaże w zasięgu około 1 kilometra. Dużo marketów i różnego rodzaju knajpek w mieście.

Lorenzo was an excellent host; very proactive, and quick to respond. The place was in an excellent location; very peaceful, very close to the train station and the beach, and plenty of places for food or grocery delivery if we didn't want to go out. All in all, we are planning to come back :)

Carlo couldn't have been more helpful. He met us at the house at a time of our choosing which was really helpful. He also helped us with lifts into town, and recommended a great restaurant. A great guy.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero fantastico. La casa è impeccabile: pulita, ben arredata, dotata di tutti i comfort e con un ampio spazio esterno, ideale anche per la felicità delle mie cagnoline. L'host è stato incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, e il self check-in e check-out sono stati comodi e semplici. Tutto è stato perfetto, grazie mille!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 9 presso la struttura, la casa è molto bella e situata in un luogo silenzioso in mezzo alla natura. Le stanze sono molto belle e pulite; la zona comune del soggiorno è molto ampia, perfetta per gruppi numerosi e per chi ama rilassarsi o fare dei giochi in compagnia. Molto bella anche la piscina e, per la nostra esperienza, molto gentili sia i bagnini, sia gli altri condomini. Valeria è stata disponibilissima e sempre pronta a venirci incontro al minimo bisogno. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole un'esperienza tranquilla ma al contempo vicina a tanti bei posti da vedere.

Séjour d'une semaine en famille ! Après nos sorties riches de découvertes qu'offre Rome, nous avons apprécié de rentrer dans le logement agréable et au calme.

Great location for accessing central Rome, and in the summer, for getting to the Beach Alessandro kindly recommended a visit to the ruins at Ostia Antica which is one stop way from the closest train station (Acilia). This turned out to be one of the high points of our holiday - not crowded, well organised and very informative The two bath situation in the apartment was also very handy for us all getting ready in the mornings Overall, a great apartment and would highly recommend

Hôte très accueillant,gentille et très serviable. C’était un réel plaisir de rencontré Lucia Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un endroit paisible ,propre et bien entretenu. Si vous passez du côté de Rome ne rater pas l'occasion de faire un arrêt chez Lucia. C'est le type de rencontre que l'on aime faire quand on voyage !

Alloggio perfetto, completamente attrezzato di cucina, lavatrice, e via dicendo. Nessun problema, abbastanza pulito. Parcheggio facile a pochi passi dalla casa. Massimo e' stato molto cordiale. I dintorni sono abbastanza silenziosi per chi ha problemi di sonno leggero. 4 su 5 stelle per me.

Wir haben uns in Federicos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Es bietet genug Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Federico ist sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und großzügig. Wir durften alle Annehmlichkeiten nutzen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann das Häuschen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Simona is an amazing host, she was able to pull together a cake and candles for my dads 75th birthday, she was always there for them when they needed something and was always proactive on things they may need. She always responded right away and was a pleasure to speak with. I recommend anything she has to offer. Once again mille grazie per tutto que a fato per il miei genitori
