Paolo was an amazing host! Super responsive and friendly! There isn’t a ton to do in the area but it is a great spot to stay in to visit Rome. The train station is a 10-15 mins walk and the bus station is just down the hill at the main road! Super clean! Beautiful plants and a lovely pool!

Stefano è un host molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato tante indicazioni utili e chiare. L’appartamento si trova vicino alla zona olimpica e del foro italico (consiglio per chi deve andare a Roma per eventi sportivi in quella zona). Facile da raggiungere dal centro con i mezzi. Appartamento pulito, cucina utile per chi come noi ha preferito prendere cibo take away e mangiare a casa. Zona tranquilla e chicca da non sottovalutare, un supermercato aperto h24 utile in qualsiasi momento.

La struttura si trova all’interno del villaggio olimpico, una zona tranquilla rispetto al caos del centro città. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere lo Stadio Olimpico e il Foro Italico a piedi. Facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi dal centro città, l’alloggio è super confortevole e ben tenuto. Nota di merito per gli host, super gentili e disponibili a venir incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Consigliatissimo!

Un hospedaje 100% recomendado. Te recibe Irene con mucha amabilidad y una disposición a ayudarte en tu itinerario. El lugar muy limpio, acogedor y con muchas cosas para la comodidad. A 5 min hay metro y parada de auto bus que facilitan llegar a todos lados.

Francisco was a very communicative and kind host. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fine, but the shower was very small so I wouldn’t recommend if you get claustrophobic. Very conveniently close to the train station, It can also be a little loud with the sound of the streets at night if you keep the window open, which we did since it was hot out.

Staying with Ivano and Tehri was an amazing choice. The B&B was the perfect mix for a stay between city and countryside. They were incredible welcoming and willing to make the best of your stay. I had dinner with them and the family and they picked me up from the station multiple times. All in all, incredibly kind, welcomiming and supportive people. I highly reccomend Ivano and Tehri!

Il mio è stato un viaggio di lavoro e la posizione dell’appartamento era funzionale alle mie esigenze. L’appartamento di Paola era curato in ogni dettaglio, impeccabile ordine e pulizia. Paola è un host eccezionale,simpatica e sempre disponibile,mi ha aiutato dandomi la disponibilità a lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in e durante il soggiorno fornendomi rapide e chiare informazioni sulla zona. Consigliatissimo

Espaço de acordo com a descrição, limpo e organizado!

ein isoliertes Häuschen aber sehr schön ausgestattet und sehr gut für Entspannung. Der Pool war ein Highlight für die Kinder und auch Erwachsenen. Großer Spielraum im Garten für die Kinder. sehr schöner Blick auf die Bergen. auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen für Familien, die etwas Ruhe brauchen. Autofahrt zum Strand war etwas anstrengend aber machbar. ca. 1Std.

Es el Airbnb más lindo en el que me he quedado. Charlotte muy atenta siempre a cualquier duda que teníamos, nos recibió ella misma y fue muy amable en todo momento , se comunicó con nosotros en español aunque no lo maneja al 100% pero siempre dispuesta a tratar de comunicarse de la mejor manera!! Nos dio un room tour y dio algunos consejos sobre el transporte en sitios de interés, sin duda vale la pena el precio, si algún día vuelvo a Roma, seguro la buscaré ! Vecindario seguro, el baño cuenta con todas las amenidades, todo limpio e impecable , un lugar muy acogedor.. Gracias por todo Charlotte!!! Nos vemos pronto! ❤️

Quest'esperienza nel bungalow è stata a dir poco fantastica! I nostri complimenti vanno in primis a Paola,una persona molto gentile e cordiale,simpatica e divertente con cui ci siamo trovati bene fin dall' inizio,sempre stata molto gentile e disponibile ad accoglierci nella suo bellissimo bungalow accurato ai minimi dettagli. Speriamo vivamente di tornare e ripetere l'esperienza scambiando anche altre 4 chiacchiere con la simpatica Paola. Consigliatissimo.

Chiara is an amazing host. Her place is so beautiful, neat and aesthetic. It is accessible by buses and easy to reach. The check-in was flawless. I recommend booking this place for your stay in Rome.

Great place for a week in the city

Es el Airbnb más lindo en el que me he quedado. Massimo's home was a nice place to relax after a busy day in nearby Rome. The location is really decent if you don't mind a short car then train ride. The train one-way to Rome Termini was 2.50 euro and 30 mins. The room and bathroom were lovely and private, exactly as described and in photos. In the room is a fridge and microwave, tv with Netflix. The cappuccino every morning was really amazing and they did offer a typical Italian breakfast but I didn't eat much too early. My stay was shorter than expected and he approved my early check-out and help me organize a taxi to get to the airport as needed. Massimo was so gracious and flexible to drop me off to Frascati station and pick me up as needed. He was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The train station was very accessible and felt safe and clean. The lovely, peaceful town of Frascati near the airbnb was complete with shops, restaurants and gelato.

Elisa est très accueillante et le lit est très confortable. Proche de la mer et accessible en bus depuis Rome. Il y a plein d'endroits où manger à proximité et un supermarché. Route un peu bruyante juste à côté.

My daughter and I stayed at Charlotte’s for 4 nights on our first trip to Rome. Charlotte was incredibly helpful with directions and information before we even left home. When we arrived, the place was exactly as described with easy transport links to the city centre. We had a perfect stay and I would definitely stay at Charlotte’s if I visited Rome again.
