Ein Airbnb Haus! Auf der Fassade steht zu lesen: Stadthaus statt Hotel. Das trifft es gut. Zentrale Lage, 15’ zum Dom und BHF, viele Lokale in der Nähe, Gasse selbst ganz ruhig mit Blick auf einen kleinen Park. kamen zu dritt übers Wochenende und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Gute Adresse in Köln und wohnlicher als im Hotel!

Sehr hübsche Wohnung. Sauber uns schön dekoriert. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungen im Ruhrgebiet. Für die Kinder war alles hilfreiche Zubehör in der Wohnung schon vorhanden. Eigentlich braucht man nur sein Köfferchen zu nehmen und kann einziehen. Schöne Wohnung, die wir wieder mieten würden, wenn wir wieder Urlaub im Ruhrgebiet machen wollen.

We had such a pleasant stay her at Overath, the property looked exactly like it did on the pictures, it was lovely and clean and nice and quite, Robby was very helpful with the directions on how to get in and access the property, love there was a space for my car away from the road and where I see it. Overall was a very lovely place and would definitely stay here again.

Arieh‘s apartment is on the bank of the Rhein, with a terrific view over the river. The location is very close to the central train station (6 or 7-minute walk), so if you want to be based in the center of Cologne for your visit this is an excellent spot. I stayed for a weekend of Karneval and the location really hit the sweet spot: it was very easy to go to all the festival events, but it was nice and quiet when I needed to rest. Arieh generously loads out the kitchen for you, with bread, cheese, meats, and some fruits and vegis so that you will have something to eat every day. There is also coffee and tea on-site. I bought some of my own groceries anyways but it was really a nice touch to have some food there upon arrival. Arieh even provides showergel and a toothbrush! So this place is really plug and play. Arieh is a terrific host who was in touch before, during, and after the visit. I definitely felt that I was in good hands. Thanks so much Arieh!

We loved the location very nice area and a short walk from the train. The apartment was as described, it was spacious and clean. Yasmin was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our time there and if ever in the area would love to stay at Yasmin's place again.

Erg net appartementje. Oogt op de foto's wel wat ruimer dan het is, maar er is werkelijk aan alles gedacht. Super vriendelijke hosts en erg goede communicatie. Ik raad deze airbnb ten zeerste aan. Supermarkt om de hoek. Bossen op 5min rijden, dierentuin, groot bospark en een kasteel op zo'n 10min rijden. Ik heb een hele fijne eerste kennismaking met airbnb gehad en een erg rustgevend en zorgeloos weekend.

Perfekte Unterkunft für uns, ausreichend Doppel- bzw. Einzelzimmer. Super Ausstattung in der Küche und die Möglichkeit, direkt Getränke und Kaffee zu fairen Preisen abzunehmen, war für unseren Wochenendausflug perfekt. Optimale Lage für unsere Ausflüge in Bergbaumuseum und den Starlight Express. Und abschließend möchte ich noch die gute Kommunikation erwähnen. Wenn ich wieder etwas im Bochum suche, werde ich wieder nach dieser Unterkunft schauen :)

My stay at Axel’s place was great! The apartment is very nice and modern, with high ceilings and a beautiful design. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the city square, and it’s close to grocery stores and restaurants. It’s only a 10-minute walk from Duisburg HBF, which is really convenient. Axel was a great host - very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book here again!

Geweldige plek om tot rust te komen, heel mooie omgeving! Je wandelt het poortje uit en hebt alle mogelijke mooie wandelroutes te gaan...Genoeg en meer... te beleven in de directe omgeving van het huisje, we hebben echt genoten van de rust, de stilte en de privacy die hier geboden word. In de tuin onder het genot van een drankje allerlei vogels gespot; Vlaamse gaaien, roodborstjes, vinken, koolmeesjes en zelfs nog 3 zwart met wit gekleurde eekhoorntjes die we in Nederland nog nooit gezien hebben, dit was tijdens het ontbijt op onze laatste dag, een welkome extra. Kortom, echt een heerlijk huisje waar we volop genoten hebben. We waren er 3 nachten, voor wat ons betreft, veel te kort. Het huis zelf is gewoon een thuis waar je ongestoord kunt genieten van een heerlijk bubbelbad, een hot tub en als het weer het toelaat een mooi aangelegd zwembad buiten. We hebben echt prachtige wandelingen gemaakt, de tuinen in Arcen waren we al geweest maar blijven mooi. Dus alle lof !!

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern (4 & 6 Jahre) für 2 Nächte in diesem airbnb. Es war großartig- mit den Worten meiner Kinder „ das war die tollste Wohnung, in der wir je übernachtet haben“. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Kinder haben sich amüsiert. In der Nähe ist ein Spielplatz, ein Supermarkt und ein Eiscafé und die Straßenbahn ist gut erreichbar - eine familienfreundliche Unterkunft. Der Kontakt zu Michael war sehr gut, ein toller Gastgeber.
