Apartment in the completely renovated old building from 1910, 3rd Upper floor, high ceilings, spacious bathroom, modern furnishings and parquet flooring. The apartment is located in the lively district of Flingern. In the vicinity there are a large number of cafes, restaurants and small stores. The nearest tram stop is about 150 meters away. We belong to the city center and therefore the resident parking regulations apply to us. If you are traveling by car, we will be happy to show you how and where to park.

The nearby subway takes you quickly and comfortably to the old town, the trade fair or the central station. Despite the central location, you can enjoy the peace and quiet here very well after your business meeting. There is a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, and tea is also provided. Wi-Fi is also included.

You have your own entrance and from the living and bedroom a view of the 70-year-old magnolia in the garden. The house is located in a quiet street. Me and my family like it quiet. You can relax here and still quickly be in the city.

Pretty 2-room apartment

It is a whole apartment on the second floor in a detached house. Communication only takes place via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 must be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to park two bikes safely. For additional towels and bed linen, we charge a usage fee of €5.00 per person.
