Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Min zu erreichen. Dank der eigenen Küche steht einem gesunden und leckeren Start in den Tag nichts im Wege. Freuen Sie sich auf Ihr eigenes im Jahr 2022 neu gebautes Bad um einen stressigen Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

The apartment is located directly on the Rhine in Oberkassel on the quiet, cool garden side. It is fully equipped for longer stays and furnished with high-quality art and furniture. The new luxurious bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and the separate kitchen has a dining area for 4 people. The combined living/sleeping room has a double bed, sofa bed, baby bed, large wardrobe, desk, smart TV and stereo system. Free parking is available. The electric charging station is 50 meters away.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The bathroom has a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and a laundry closet. The kitchen contains all kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker and other accessories.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and has been built with natural building materials. A terrace for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening awaits you. The picnic meadow in the shade of the trees is a place where children can romp around carefree. Our farm is rural and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.
