Great place to stay... any time again

Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm manner. The place is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in every corner. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, extraordinary and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area and watched the cats and ducks and listened to the pouring rain. The Baldeneysee is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. Thanks to Vera's good description and reliable accessibility, you can find the hidden cottage very well. We will be happy to come back ☀️ Best regards from Cristian and Venice

I almost NEVER leave a written review of my stays at AirBnB places...but this trip was exceptional and worth a few words. It was one of the very best vacations my wife and I have had in years, and much of that was due to not just the apartment but the outstanding communication and information we received from Jochen and Jakob. Friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Found a couple of wonderful places to visit, hidden gem restaurants on their recommendation, and tips for inter-city transport. We highly recommend this listing - can't wait to visit again!

The place was as in the pictures and in a nice quiet area. Beautiful kitchen, very clean and orderly. Düsseldorf city center can be reached in about 1 hour by public transport and there are many possibilities to go shopping in the area.

Josephine and her husband were incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful and we loved exploring the parks and local restaurants. It was the perfect stay.

We had a very nice stay in Düsseldorf. From the apartment, everything was very close and within walking distance, and S-Bahn and U-Bahn stops were virtually around the corner. The view of the Rhine Tower from the kitchen was beautiful.

Everything was fine, very spacious and modern.

It was just beautiful! We lacked nothing, and we ended up living there for three months! Once we didn't have any baking paper, I asked if they could help us. What could you and the next day we had a whole pack lying in front of the door. Really attentive. This and many other friendly gestures really made this stay a second home. It is also super child-friendly. What can I say, if we didn't live in the neighborhood, we would definitely come back 😉

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. Andrea is a wonderful host who knows how to make her guests feel at home from the start. The house is simply great!!! Leaves nothing to be desired - it is a real dream - absolutely recommended!!! It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

A wonderful stay! The place was very clean, stylishly furnished and has everything you need. The area is very quiet and everything is within walking distance and quick to reach (shopping, train, etc.). Communication with Barbara was warm, accommodating and she was always available. If we are near Düsseldorf again, we will definitely stay here again :)

The four of us spent three beautiful days here with the dog. The house was perfect for us and we also liked it very much with its special design of the living levels. Only the mixed weather prevented longer stays on the terrace with adjoining garden (including fig tree and herb bushes). But even the view from the bright living and dining room into the green garden was beautiful. The house is very well maintained and is located in a quiet residential street with single-family houses. Burkhardt is a friendly and helpful landlord.

The apartment is super connected and located in a new development area with all the latest standards. The S-Bahn and tram are within walking distance. Slight signs of wear and defects distributed throughout the apartment. Super communication with tips and tricks for the city!

We had an excellent stay for a second time. lovely peaceful location and very comfortable location. We had everything we needed and enjoyed 3 peaceful nights. Hope to be back.

Bella’s place is a bit of a gem. A large two bed flat, with great living space. Location is quiet and peaceful and we were able to walk into the city. Plenty of public transport too. Communication was great.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and nicely decorated - you noticed that someone made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!

My friends and I felt very comfortable! Everything was clean, tidy, we had space and the beds were super comfortable. The possibility of darkening the rooms with blinds was also great. Contact with Frederic and Weronika was easy, straightforward, and friendly. Should we need another accommodation in Mönchengladbach, we would definitely like to come back! 😊
