This is a unique newly built spacious beach property with high-end materials and furniture. Only 100 meters to the nearest beach and private pool make this the perfect holiday getaway. The house is in a quiet area but still close to all amenities and with walking distance to restaurants and bars. The house comes with three different terraces and big spacious bedrooms and an even bigger semi open plan kitchen living room. The roof terrace is 80 sqm with a lovely sea view.
