Fantastic apartment on the sixth floor, ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, with everything you need to have a good stay at the beach. The best is the terrace and its views. Well-located development with a good pool and parking. Kitchenware and appliances in good working order.

the apartment was nice we had very noisy neighbours for a week we were really nervous and on edge we will not be going back to el rincon cos of that and we really did used to like that area spoilt it

A fresh and modern apartment with all the comfort that one needs. It was nicer than the pictures. Nothing to complain at all. If we go there again, I would book this apartment again.

The apartment was as described and Kim was easy to communicate with, both before and after the stay. Clean and tidy with all the equipment we needed. Great that there were also some toys that the 5-year-old got to enjoy. location with short distance to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Kim's apartment is a safe choice if you are going on a holiday in Torrevieja 😀

I stayed at Izabela's apartment for a few days and I really liked it. I chose this apartment to relax and enjoy the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is small and is suitable for single people or a couple. Izabela left me lots of things so I could feel at home, sunscreen, creams, perfumes, cleaning products, kitchen products and towels. Oh, and parking the car is also super easy. I highly recommend this apartment :)

Mari Carmen is very friendly and helpful from the moment you make the reservation. The apartment is very comfortable, located in a quiet area, it is impeccable and has all the kitchen accessories. It was a great touch to leave us pastries, milk and coffee for breakfast. We will definitely be back

Clean modern apartment. We especially liked the large balcony. The shower is also very pleasant. The handover with Barbara was very straightforward. The necessary utensils were available in the kitchen.

It was our stop for one night. Beautiful, large, clean house with comfortable beds and tastefully furnished. The private garage was also essential. Amparo was very helpful in giving us a lot of information about both the house and the city. In the evening we took a walk downtown and around the neighborhood, which is very quiet even late in the evening. Highly recommended.

Really clean, cozy place that was perfect for our visit to Murcia. 20min walk downtown Murcia. Great location close to pharmacy, supermarket...Mercedes was a great host!

We had an amazing stay at David and Helen’s place. They are a lovely friendly, knowledgeable couple and couldn’t have looked after us more. The place was very clean with everything we needed. Beds were really comfy and the pool is a lovely added Bonus. Air con in rooms, well equipped kitchen and everything in good working order. Beach and shops and cafes are about 10/15 mins walk away. You will need a car to get out and about - we had the option of a parking space at the apartment too of you need it. Would definitely return here.

Very good stay, accommodation matches the photos and very clean. Private parking is a plus and the pool at the foot of the apartment is great for both children and adults. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend a visit. The property has spacious rooms, nice decor and a fab solarium. It's is a perfect location to reach beaches (about 15 mins by foot) Very close to Punta Marina shopping centre and all the restaurants and from there it's easy to explore the wider coastline and towns of Playa Flamenca and on to La Zenia and all they have to offer. Shaun was a perfect host. I'm sure we will be back!

The apartment is very good, neat, with everything you need for cooking. They left us very nice details such as a vinito, water, cookies, coffeecito. The view of the apartment is stunning, my favorite place was on the armchair next to the window. The color of the water. The tranquility. We went in March, asique had very few people. At 500 meters there were places to eat and supermarkets. We didn't want to leave

It's a medium floor, for two people it's perfect. The terrace was very good, although there was a problem with the blind to reach it so we could not take full advantage of it. The place is very nice and in general everything was perfect, clean and tidy when we arrived. Very attentive and kind Luigi!

Had a lovely short break with the family. Theodora and David were great with communication. Check in and out was so flexible. Apartment was lovely and clean and we really felt comfortable and at home. Kids asked if we could go back again at the very start of the trip. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Cristina is a super host, friendly, polite and always attentive. The apartment was clean, tidy and matches the description and photos, even surpasses it. Cristina let us in before the scheduled time and explained in detail how to access the apartment and the rest of the facilities. The spa is an added luxury, very quiet development, we stayed one more day and of course we will book it again shortly. Thank you very much.

Fantastic stay! A gorgeous apartment which is super close to restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need. Hot tub was amazing for additional entertainment and the heated pool was perfect for this time of year. We had the best little holiday and would definitely return / recommend to anyone. Thank you!!

A clean apartment, in a good location and with everything you need for a family vacation. The terrace with the jacuzzi is amazing. The community pool is large and with warm water, it is great for children. The beach is very close and there are shops and restaurants very close. It was great to be able to put the car in the underground parking, the space is very large and is in front of the entrance door. The only thing to take into account is that it is not accessible as it has stairs to access everything, but we were so comfortable that we didn't care. Definitely a place to go back to. The host (Ingrid) sent us clear details and photos on how we could find everything that made the arrival very easy. Contacting Ingrid is also very easy and Ingrid always responded kindly and quickly. Photos matched the listing. We enjoyed sitting there and there is plenty to do in the area. I definitely recommend this place. It was clean, well located and Ingrid arranged everything. I didn't have to worry about anything!

This is the best airbnb in Valencia! Clean, super modern, really nice furniture. Responsive host. I love the decor and the overall presentation of the apartment. It was very comfortable for a 10 day stay. Would prefer that there were more cleaning options however but cannot really complain overall !
