Beachfront vacation rentals in Mazarrón

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Juan's place is amazing. The area itself is quiet and relaxing, and there's a very nice gym 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There's some very good restaurants around the corner too - Juan was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. The technology and equipment in the apartment is very modern, which is a nice touch. It really felt like we were the first to stay in this place, it was so clean

The stay at the house was spectacular, just like at home. Once again, Oscar's place was a 10. Easy communication, the house has everything you need, everything is super clean and a good location. We'll definitely do it again.

We had a great time at Maria's. The apartment is in a very good location with a lovely sea view. It is as described in the listing and well-equipped. The place is quiet too, we slept very well. The wifi works particularly well. Communication with Maria was very easy. Always available, we arrived late and everything was well explained so that we could easily find the apartment. She was also responsive during the stay when we needed her. We warmly thank Maria and hope to return when we can. Thanks also for the welcome kit with very good local fruits and more!

Wow!!! If you want a super beautiful home on the beach this is the place! Stylish. All of the home comforts. Perfect! Marta was so helpful and friendly and booked us into a great attraction whilst we were in her house. We will be back!!

This house by the sea is charming and also very spacious and comfortable. The garden with the ocean view is wonderful. We had a great time.

Lourdes’ place is so nice and has everything you need and more. There’s wasn’t a single thing that was missing and everything was so clear and easy to find. My Gran lives in the area but her place couldn’t accommodate us due to the size and this was the perfect find! There’s no hesitation where I’m staying when I come back, thank you!

We have been to Brigitte's house my family and I, it was a great stay. Yolanda the one who takes care of the estate always pending and friendly, very flexible at check-in time, the house is very comfortable. The only thing missing is an air conditioner because it is very hot, but in the listing it did not put air conditioning so we were not tricked, just commented to improve the estate as it is spectacular in everything. Also the beaches and the magnificent village of bonito and it has everything we need for a very good holiday. Thank you very much Brigitte and Yolanda for everything, I recommend it for sure.

I stayed at this place with my husband and two young sons. It was perfect for our family with lots of space but also lots of places to be together as well. Property was amazing, really comfortable and provided everything we needed for the week. The pool area was lovely and clean. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Perfect holiday and lovely place to have a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel experience. The service provided by Andrew and his team was excellent, they kept in contact with me before the holiday and responded to my messages when needed while we were there. We would highly recommend this holiday home and hope to return again in the future.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was immaculate and decorated in a lovely fresh and modern style. Everything you need is very close by, with direct access to the beach just minutes away. Lots of walkable beach bars close by, as well as the main strip of restaurants in Los Alcázares about a half hour walk or 5 minute drive. We thought the location was perfect. We would definitely book this apartment again!

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

The unit is directly across from the sea. There are no windows that face the sea but there easy access to the beach right outside the building. Layout of the unit is functional and family friendly. Beds were new and firm and pillows comfortable. Would recommend.

Great place to stay, great position for bars and shops, beautiful views over the harbour.

The perfect place for a quiet, relaxing break. My friend and I stayed for a week and fell in love with the apartment as soon as we stepped through the door. Lola was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and recommended places nearby to visit. The apartment was incredibly beautiful and modern, with a perfect view of the ocean from the balcony. There was easy access to the beach and a supermarket close by. We cannot thank Lola enough for her hospitality and will be booking with her again.

Nothing to reproach. The house was in perfect condition, as shown in the photos, and Claudio was very attentive whenever I needed him. In addition, the apartment is located a few meters from the beach as indicated in the description, and the area is very quiet, there is no one who can bother you. It was a great success to have spent 5 days there and I'm very grateful for Claudio's phenomenal treatment.

A nice and cozy apartment less than 10 minutes away from the beach. Very well-equipped, quiet area with free parking. Tewfik was very available and gave us all the information we needed. Super price. Highly recommended.

it is the most wonderful place in the world: a magical place between the mountain and the sea, on the beach , just a few steps to be on a wonderful virgin beach ( and nudist) with crystal clear waters with colorful fish, the house is very nice and has everything you need for a wonderful stay including snorkelling gearing and an incredible terrace with garden over the sea have been my best vacations in a long time thanks to this wonderful house, if you can not hesitate to stay here: you will be very lucky

A lovely apartment which has everything you need and is really modern inside. The location is perfect with the beach and restaurants just outside the front entrance and the easy access to supermarkets and bars. The apartment has a lovely view of the marina from one of the balconies and Ann has included some beach umbrellas and mats for a relaxing day on the beach. Ann communicates well and ensured we had a great stay.

We had an amazing holiday. Could not been better and we would love to rent the house again. We were 3 generations together and all of us had a great time. Will recommend the villa and JK Villa Rentals highly.
