This fantastic villa is located in the hillside in a National Park, in Costa Calida - 7 minutes walk down to to the fantastic beaches It has an amazing view overlooking the beaches, the town, the mountains and the sea. The Villa has everything you could ask with 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, swimming, pool, terraces , outside & indoor kitchens, boule court, laundry++ Supermarkets and plenty of bars and restaurants are close by -or in Puerto de Mazarron 10 min away. A place to enjoy.

Great location, with superb views of the bay and sea front. The apartment is a lovely home from home with everything and more that is needed for a comfortable stay - exactly as Michele described. Toni was also a great help during our stay and made the check in & out process very simple & straightforward. We would not hesitate to recommend this bright and cheerfully decorated apartment.

A balcony offers a view of the beach with gently swaying palm trees. Two chairs with floral patterns are positioned around a small table. The sea's soft waves and sunbathers can be seen in the distance, framed by a red awning above.

Handover of the keys on arrival and departure totally easy and flexible. Suggests solutions directly. We arrived at about 12 noon and left at 5 in the morning. Cleaning utensils and kitchen utensils are also available in the apartment and you do not need to go directly to a supermarket, but can arrive first. Parking right outside the door, but we were also there out of season. During the day, it becomes a little more difficult to park on the weekend, but in the evening it is also very empty. We loved it

Accommodation to rest and enjoy with two magnificent courtyards that are a great attraction to stay in the house. The house is well located near the beach, it has everything you need to be comfortable, we didn't miss anything (like being at home). The only downside is that the stay was too short... We had a great time! We would definitely do it again! Thank you for everything More, it was a pleasure to stay at your house.

The house is very nice, located in a very quiet place, with beautiful views and a very nice terrace. In addition, the owner was very attentive at all times and gave us a lot of flexibility for check-in and check-out. I would definitely return to Francisco's apartment!!

Very cozy, cozy and lovingly furnished apartment. Small, but fine for two nights. Anything you need is present, just no coffee maker or kettle. Furthermore, Conchi was very friendly and we were allowed in earlier because my son was very sick. In front of the door, work was on the road, so there was a lot of noise, but there is nothing to be done about that.

We had the best stay at this beautiful villa. The photos do not do the accommodation justice, on arrival we were blown away with how wonderful the place was. Such care is taken and you can tell it’s a well loved family holiday home. This is a large space with plenty of areas for 5 people. We spent our evenings looking out onto the beach and listening to the waves. During the day we walked up the hill to a little cove and enjoyed drinks and food at Oasis Bar and Restaurant. We will 100% be back!

The bathroom features a light-colored tiled floor and walls, with a shower curtain displaying an alternating pattern of blue and gray circles. Two toilets are present, alongside a compact sink, creating a functional space.
