Fantástico apartamento en sexta planta ideal para 2 adultos y 2 niños con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia en la playa. Lo mejor la terraza y sus vistas. Urbanización bien ubicada con buena piscina y aparcamiento. Menaje y electrodomésticos en su punto.

the apartment was nice we had very noisy neighbours for a week we were really nervous and on edge we will not be going back to el rincon cos of that and we really did used to like that area spoilt it

A fresh and modern apartment with all the comfort that one needs. It was nicer than the pictures. Nothing to complain at all. If we go there again, I would book this apartment again.

Leiligheten var som beskrevet og Kim var enkel å kommunisere med, både før under og etter oppholdet. Rent og pent med alt av utstyr vi hadde behov for. Supert at det også var litt leker som 5-åringen fikk glede av. beliggenhet med kort vei til strand, dagligvarebutikker og restauranter. Kims leilighet er et trygt valg hvis man skal på ferie i Torrevieja 😀

El apartamento era coqueto, con todo lo necesario, muy agradable y cómodo, incluso con algunas cosas extras para ir a la playa, que estaba a un paso (esterilla, sombrilla..). Gracias a Valery por ser tan amable y atento.

Izabela är väldigt hjälpsam och vänlig. Hon vill alltid lösa saker för dig om det är något som händer i lägenheten så gör hon allt för att hjälpa dig! Mycket bra läge, nära stränder och pool nedanför. Lugnt. Skulle rekommendera en tjockare madrass till sängen som skulle göra det lite mer bekvämt om jag skulle påpeka något:). Kanske lite mer utrustning i köket t.e.x potatiskalare, någon mer stekpanna etc. Men jag stannade 2 månader så jag trivdes bra!! Allt ser ut exakt som på bilder bra storlek för mig som reser ensam. Mycket ljust och fräscht, rymlig dusch. Lagom stor balkong med fin utsikt mot pool och stjärnhimmel på kvällen. Tack Izabela för min vistelse i din fina studio!!!:):):)

Mari Carmen es muy amable y atenta desde el mometo en que realizas la reserva. El apartamento es muy cómo , ubicacado en una zona tranquila, está impecable y cuenta con todos los accesorios de cocina. Gran detalle el dejarnos pastas, leche y café para el desayuno. Repetiremos sin dudarlo

Saubere moderne Wohnung. Besonders der große Balkon hat uns gut gefallen. Die Dusche ist auch sehr angenehm. Die Übergabe mit Barbara war sehr unkompliziert. in der Küche waren die nötigstenutensilien vorhanden.

È stata la nostra sosta per una notte. Casa bellissima, grande, pulita, con letti comodi e arredata con gusto. Il box privato poi è stato fondamentale. Amparo è stata disponibilissima a darci mille informazioni sia sulla casa che sulla città. La sera abbiamo fatto una passeggiata fino in centro e per il quartiere che anche in tarda serata è molto tranquillo. Consigliatissimo.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb apartment! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm, and getting into the apartment was seamless and hassle-free. The apartment itself was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive, and it truly felt like a home away from home. An added bonus was the underground carpark, which made our stay even more convenient. I can't recommend this apartment highly enough—it's a perfect choice for anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

Really clean, cozy place that was perfect for our visit to Murcia. 20min walk downtown Murcia. Great location close to pharmacy, supermarket...Mercedes was a great host!

We had an amazing stay at David and Helen’s place. They are a lovely friendly, knowledgeable couple and couldn’t have looked after us more. The place was very clean with everything we needed. Beds were really comfy and the pool is a lovely added Bonus. Air con in rooms, well equipped kitchen and everything in good working order. Beach and shops and cafes are about 10/15 mins walk away. You will need a car to get out and about - we had the option of a parking space at the apartment too of you need it. Would definitely return here.

Très bon séjour, logement conforme aux photos et très propre. Le parking privée est un plus et la piscine au pied de l’appartement c’est top aussi bien pour les enfants que les adultes. Sandrine est très réactive, et Octavia qui nous a remis les clefs à était réactives et disponible. Très bon séjour et super hôtes ! Je recommande ++ Merci Sandrine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend a visit. The property has spacious rooms, nice decor and a fab solarium. It's is a perfect location to reach beaches (about 15 mins by foot) Very close to Punta Marina shopping centre and all the restaurants and from there it's easy to explore the wider coastline and towns of Playa Flamenca and on to La Zenia and all they have to offer. Shaun was a perfect host. I'm sure we will be back!

El apartamento esta muy bien, prolijo, con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Nos dejaron muy lindos detalles como un vinito, agua, cookies, cafecito. La vista del apartamento es impresionante, mi lugar favorito era en el sillón al lado de la ventana. El color del agua. La tranquilidad. Fuimos en marzo, asique habia muy poca gente. A 500 metros habia lugares para comer y supermercados. No nos queriamos ir.

Es un piso mediano, para dos personas está perfecto. La terraza estaba muy bien, aunque hubo un problema con la persiana para llegar a ella por lo que no la pudimos aprovechar del todo. El lugar es muy agradable y en general estaba todo perfecto, limpio y ordenado cuando llegamos. Muy atento y amable Luigi!

Had a lovely short break with the family. Theodora and David were great with communication. Check in and out was so flexible. Apartment was lovely and clean and we really felt comfortable and at home. Kids asked if we could go back again at the very start of the trip. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Cristina es una súper anfitriona, amable, educada y siempre atenta. El apartamento estaba limpio, ordenado y coincide con la descripción y las fotos, incluso lo supera. Cristina nos dejó entrar antes de la hora prevista y nos explicó con todo detalle cómo acceder al apartamento y el resto de instalaciones. El spa un lujo añadido, urbanización muy tranquila, nos hemos quedado un día más y por supuesto volveremos a reservarlo en breve. Muchísimas gracias.

Ganz neue moderne Wohnung in einem netten Wohnungskomplex. Moderne Annehmlichkeiten, super ausgestattete Küche und der Whirlpool und der beheizte Pool haben es uns auch in den frischeren Monaten erlaubt zu baden. Sehr angenehme Übergabe der Wohnung und einfache und schnelle Kommunikation. Supermarkt und Drogerie fußläufig. Es gab außerdem einige Spielsachen für kleine Kinder. Einfach top!

Apartamento limpio, bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. La terraza con el jacuzzi es una pasada. La piscina comunitaria es grande y con el agua calentito, está genial para los peques. La playa está muy cerquita y además hay comercios y restaurantes muy cerca. Ha sido genial poder meter el coche en el parking subterráneo, la plaza es muy grande y está enfrente de la puerta de acceso. La única cosa a tener en cuenta es que no es accesible ya que tiene escaleras para acceder a todo, pero hemos estado tan agusto que no nos ha importado. Sin duda un sitio para repetir. De host (Ingrid) heeft ons duidelijke details en foto's gestuurd hoe we alles konden vinden wat de aankomst heel makkelijk maakte. Ook is contact leggen met Ingrid heel makkelijk en Ingrid reageerde altijd vriendelijk en snel. Foto's kwamen overeen met de accommodatie. We hebben er heerlijk gezeten en er is van alles te doen in de buurt. Ik raad deze plek zeker aan. Het was schoon, goed gelegen en Ingrid heeft alles goed geregeld. Ik hoefde me nergens zorgen om te maken!

This is the best airbnb in Valencia! Clean, super modern, really nice furniture. Responsive host. I love the decor and the overall presentation of the apartment. It was very comfortable for a 10 day stay. Would prefer that there were more cleaning options however but cannot really complain overall !
