Very quiet and only 20 minutes from the white sand beaches. Cafés, restaurants and mini-market open 7 days a week are 200m away. The house is located 35 minutes from Alicante airport, next to Los Montesinos and San Miguel de Salinas. The "Zénia" shopping center is 15 minutes away.

There are stairs: four steps from the dining room to the living room, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are on the lower floor. Access between the parking area and the house is via a pedestrian path in good condition, but not suitable for people with reduced mobility (approximately 50 meters).
