Well located next to the University and just a short walk away from the city of Murcia. It's also very easily accessible by car because of the ring road next to it. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
