Loft vacation rentals in Murcia

A very enjoyable experience and a much-needed break from the city. Elena is an excellent communicator, and Pepe – a very pleasant and uplifting presence – welcomed us and showed us the room. The room is located at the top of a house with several rooms for rent, with a separate staircase leading to the entrance. There is a generous common space as described in the amenities. The room itself is extremely cozy, with a stunning panoramic view of the region and, if you let it, plenty of natural light. It also features a beautiful private terrace. If you’re planning a longer stay and don’t want to rely entirely on nearby restaurants approachable by car, it’s worth noting that while you can eat inside, there are limited options for preparing regular meals. A small minibar fridge is available, along with the listed equipment. Definitely a great opportunity to change the pace of a holiday. Elena’s house comes highly recommended!

This place was perfect for our short break of 3 friends staying. Everything is as it looks in the pictures! Secure complex with parking etc also, ticks all the boxes!

I had a wonderful stay at Agustin’s Loft. Everything was just as described as the said. He was extremely friendly and responsive to helping me as and when I needed. I would definitely stay here again for sure and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Murcia.

The apartment is very cozy, just like the photos, clean and has everything. We were there with our little dog and no problem. The village is beautiful, very quiet and with movie-worthy sunsets. Ramón the host, super attentive at all times, friendly and thoughtful. A few meters from the accommodation there are places to eat and leisure activities. I would definitely repeat it again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Murcia! Everything was absolutely spotless when we arrived, and the space was both stylish and comfortable. The rain shower was a particular highlight – so relaxing after a day of exploring the city – and the bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The apartment was very well-equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine, coffee machine, and a cooker, which made our stay super convenient. The location couldn’t have been better – right in the heart of the city, perfect for sightseeing, eating out, and shopping. However, it was still quiet and peaceful. A huge thank you to our host, Marta, who was so warm and helpful throughout our stay. She took the time to meet us personally and shared lots of fantastic local recommendations. Any time we had a question, she responded immediately and was always happy to help. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

Stay as we imagined after seeing the photos, incredible location having the sea just a few meters away. The host is a ten, attentive and in touch with any questions. Of course we will be back.

The apartment is very nice and newly furnitured. It is very clean and luminous as well. A fantastic place and also in a good location. I never met Jesus personally, but he is very responsive and helpful. The automatic check-in also worked very well, and the folder with tips on Cartagena, restaurants etc was very appreciated!

Good ground floor apartment. Surprisingly spacious. Heating system is very good. Comfortable bed. Good wi-fi. Lorca is a great town to visit. The apartment is adjacent to a junior school so there is noise at arrival time and departure time but otherwise a very quiet location and convenient for the castle, archeological museum etc and plenty of good bars and restaurants. Recommended.
