I felt so privileged to have such a gorgeous apartment right in the centre of the city and easily walkable to everywhere I needed to be. The apartment was spotless, full of light and airy with a perfect little kitchen, gorgeous big bathroom and cosy bedroom. I had everything I needed and was especially grateful for the 3 pin adapter/cable. As a single woman staying alone I was really happy to have a secure gate I could lock as well as a bolt on the door. Dario was so helpful, staying in contact, providing precise directions and having no problem letting me in the minute I arrived even though I was a little later than expected.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to check-out, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing is that the parking space is NOT inside the courtyard but is available (you can find it if you look well at the right times) on Via Pola. This discrepancy was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO way, on how the Airbnb site is set up, to enter the existing parking option if not choosing the internal option. Anyway, fabulous location because you are in the center, next to the station, next to both promenades (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the numerous clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: breakfast on the balcony facing east.

Very tastefully decorated apartment. Very quiet and only about a 15-minute walk to the beautiful old town of Perugia with delicious restaurants and nice bars. There is also a nice bar around the corner of the apartment. Highly recommended.

We spent very pleasant days and we had a great time in the apartment that is cozy, well equipped and spacious. Photos and description correspond to reality. Davide is very kind and responsive. The location is perfect to get to know this beautiful area of Italy, which is a perfect mix of art and nature. Absolutely recommended!

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house. The design is thoughtful and stylish, the view is breathtaking, and the library is a real gem. Such a peaceful and inspiring space. Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

The listing is in a very nice place. The infinity pool is huge with stunning views. The house is very well maintained and the garden is beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They took great care of us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we return to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

Excellent location for walking and very quiet even though so close to the center. Giacomo was an amazing host, trying to get us parking in the front... Parking is an issue of course as it's so limited but we were fine to drop off our things and then go to the public parking lot. On our way out of the city, we just walked downhill with our bags.... not a big deal - 15 min walk. The apartment was super comfy, even the sofa bed. Shower was large with great water pressure. We loved the Lego decor ( as a for devoted Lego family :-) ) Thank you for a great stay!!!

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!
