Wir waren drei Tage da - Marco war supernett und wohnt direkt nebenan und war immer für Fragen erreichbar. Schönster Blick von der Terrasse in die Marken - Straße kaum befahren - Ausstattung für 3 Tage ausreichend - sehr süße Katze die die Kinder geliebt haben!

Abbiamo alloggiato ad aprile e sia col bel tempo che con la pioggia è stato suggestivo, la vista dall'alloggio è magnifica e piena di pace e intorno alla casa ci sono molti angoli in cui fermarsi a rilassarsi. La casa è accogliente e molto ben curata, è provvista di tutto e Giovanni è sempre disponibile. Abbiamo seguito i suggerimenti sui locali dove andare a mangiare e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Se avessi potuto prolungare la vacanza sarei rimasta un' altra settimana! Grazie Giovanni!

Que dire ? À part que tout a été parfait . De l’accueil par les parents ainsi que la suite du séjour . Nous avons de suite était séduit et nous sommes tombés sous le charme ! La vue sur les monts alentours est incroyable , la piscine fort utile et très agréable . Quant aux hôtes , très accueillants et disponible . Merci à vous !! Nous nous avions pu prolonger de quelques jours nous l’aurions fait car nous avons été vraiment triste de partir ( gros coup cœur pour Charly qui nous a pas lâché du début à la fin il va nous manquer ) . Merci merci ! Nous avons hâte de revenir

Eravamo due adulti, un ragazzo e una bassotta. Siamo arrivati il 24 aprile sera e siamo partiti il 27 mattina, la struttura è a 3km da Umbertide, quindi ci ha permesso di arrivare facilmente a Perugia, Assisi, Trasimeno, Cortona e outlet Valdichiana. La struttura è impeccabile, nemmeno un sacchetto o un rastrello fuori posto, è immersa nel verde e nel silenzio ed è stato l'ideale per chi come me cercava un po' di pace. L'appartamento assegnato era un bilocale con angolo cottura e microonde che ci ha permesso di mangiare a casa senza problemi. La camera aveva 3 posti letto, ma c'era un divano letto molto comodo anche in cucina. La signora Clementina è stata molto gentile, ha risposto alle nostre domande con chiarezza prima dell'arrivo, è stata disponibile per l'orario del check-in (siamo arrivati alle 20) e ci ha offerto la colazione sabato e domenica (fa delle torte molto buone) . Ci è piaciuto molto soggiornare lì e se dovessimo ripassare da quelle parti ci torneremo sicuramente!

We had a beautiful stay at Agnese’s charming villa. Very peaceful location with gorgeous views. Great spot being only a short 15 minute walk into the beautiful town of Assisi.

We had a wonderful stay with Franca and Flavia. They were very kind and helpful, always available for questions, they gave tips to eat and made reservations for us. The appartement was very clean and cosy, it was fully equipped. The wifi was very good, wich was handy with 2 teenagers. The surroundings were green and quiet, you had a lot of space to sit in the garden, there was enough privacy for everyone. The pool was clean, well maintained and there were enough seats for everyone. Our dog Kai also loved it here, he was warmly welcomed by Franca and Flavia. They even walked him on the day we went to Rome ❤️ he had lots of space to roam. On wednesday you can order home made Bread wich is a real treat, very tasty and fresh. We felt really at home at il corniolo and we will visit again in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Evaristo's beautiful cottage is nestled very near Assisi, but tucked away in nature just enough to make you feel at peace and on your own. We highly recommend this stay! The olive groves, trees, and open space are great for the soul. It is very quiet with stunning views, and the cottage felt very comfortable and clean. There was a downstairs apartment that was not booked, so we had the entire villa and garden/terrace to ourselves. The gardener did come each morning to water and maintain the grounds, but he was very friendly and unobtrusive. Evaristo is very clear about all of the rules of the house, including payment of the city tax and extra guest fees, but be sure to read all of these details before you book and arrive so that you are not surprised. We highly recommend this stay!!

Ostern war natürlich ein Risiko mit dem Wetter. Dann haben wir die Villa gefunden. Mit 33 Grad beheizten Pool - genau die Lösung. Großer wohn und Ess Bereich mit ebenso großzügigen Terrassen. Genügend liegen Handtücher alles prima. Nicht mit den Sportwagen kommen (die letzte Meile ist Schotterpiste und auf die Stufen zu den Schlafräumen einstellen. Dann die Ruhe und die Aussicht genießen! Das Abendessen in der Ölmühle is sein Geld und den Weg wert. 11 Tage gingen zu schnell vorbei.

La Bulletta ci è rimasta nel cuore!il luogo è incantevole, si è immersi nella natura e la posizione è sempre ben ventilata il pomeriggio e la notte. La piscina un valore aggiunto,dopo tutti i nostri giri un bel bagno per rigenerarsi è stato apprezzato da tutti. Daniele,con la sorella Emanuela e la piccola Lucia,il papà e la mamma sono davvero splendidi, ci hanno dato consigli sui dintorni e non solo. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Nadia und ihre Familie bieten eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Von hier aus lassen sich die Monte Sibillini erkunden, egal ob per pedes, mit dem Rad oder Auto. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage und Nadia hat uns wertvolle Tips gegeben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft.

Ons verblijf bij dit agriturismo was subliem. De gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid van de hardwerkende mensen hier was hartverwarmend. Je voelt direct dat ze hun werk met liefde en passie doen, zowel voor de gasten als voor de prachtige natuur die hen omringt. De sfeer is authentiek en ontspannen, en het is duidelijk dat er veel zorg wordt besteed aan elk detail. Van de heerlijk verse producten tot de comfortabele en sfeervolle accommodaties, alles draagt bij aan een onvergetelijke ervaring. Wij kunnen dit agriturismo van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een plek waar mens en natuur in perfecte harmonie samenkomen. We kijken ernaar uit om hier in de toekomst opnieuw te mogen verblijven!

This place is amazing. Approximately 20 minutes to Assisi. Extremely large property to walk around that includes a wine vineyard and olive groves and a swimming pool. Very tranquil at night absolutely nothing around you except city lights in the distance. Restaurants are a ten minute drive and a grocery store 5 mins. The unit is extremely large and includes an awesome kitchen fully stocked, two large bathrooms and wonderful sitting area outside. The morning breakfast as well is an awesome touch Eddie is an amazing host. Constantly sending suggestions for local sights and things to do. He is on site but as well he will send you links to local towns, driving instructions as well as to restuarants. Assisi is a a must to see. But Eddie also directed us to 3 smaller Italian cities with their cultural heritage and local activities. Absolutely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Antico Casale and Stefania is a lovely host who is always attentive and friendly. The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and one kitchen/dining room. It is possible to use an outside area right outside the apartment for breakfast or other meals. The pool is quite big, provides beach lounges and a seating area (with BBQ). The view is picturesque and the area itself quiet. It takes about 8 minutes by car to go to Umbertide. It was a perfect summer vacation and we’d love to come back soon.

Die Wohnung von Caterina ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Vor Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine Bar. In wenigen Minuten kommt man mit dem Auto in die netten Küstenstädtchen Sirolo und Numana. Nicht sehr weit und sehr lohnenswert sind auch Ausflüge nach Ancona oder Loreto.

We gingen met heel het gezin (2 volwassenen en 2 kindjes) logeren bij Paola en Luca en zouden het iedereen aanraden. Buiten het feit dat de locatie prachtig is, zijn ook Paola en Luca twee warme, aangename, vriendelijke, behulpzame personen. Ze stonden steeds klaar met antwoorden op onze vragen, tips voor bezienswaardigheden, hulp waar nodig... Kortom, de gastvrijheid waar we op voorhand enkel maar van konden dromen. Bovendien produceren ze heerlijke wijnen en werd er een degustatie georganiseerd voor een zeer democratische prijs. Wij zijn alvast van plan om er terug te keren. Grazie Paola e Luca! Ci rivedremo!

I absolutely LOVED this place. Everything about this location is an Italian escape. I've been to Italy several times, and have been using AirBnB for a very long time, and his was by far my favorite place. The rooms, the outside gardens, the olive groves, the pets, the sunsets, the views...the absolute best. Just outside the city of Perugia, and close to restaurants, and 15 minute drive to the city, close to grocery stores. This place was cozy, and had a real farmhouse feel. Te host was awesome! Filippo was always quick to respond, was on site when I checked in, had recommendations for places to eat, get groceries, places to visit. He was incredible, and an amazing host. I would definitely come back.

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.

La Terrazza del Conero was fantastisch, het uitzicht was adembenemend. Binnen was het gezellig en praktisch ingericht. De echtgenote van Christian sprak vloeiend Engels, dat was gemakkelijk voor de communicatie. We hebben mooie uitstapjes gedaan. We raden deze accommodatie ten zeerste aan. Gr Nicole

Cet endroit est le paradis sur terre ! Cette région est une magnifique découverte ! Le lieu est paisible, agréable et fabuleux ! La maison est confortable et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La vue est merveilleuse et le coucher du soleil sur la piscine est extraordinaire ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, nous n’avions vraiment pas envie de partir. Perdu en pleine nature, ce lieu est époustouflant! Nous avons été accueillis par Paolo qui a toujours été très réactif et de bons conseils. Souriant et serviable, c’est agréable d’être reçu aussi bien. Merci pour ce moment hors du temps 😉☀️🇮🇹

Bellissima! This spacious Italian villa in the lush Umbrian Hills is part of an olive estate owned by the gracious hosts, Claudia and Alessandro. It has a magnificent view of the countryside and the distant hills, including the charming medieval hilltop town of Todi. The region is lush and green and even in October is perfumed with the scent of wild mint, lavender, rosemary and thyme. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the kitchen was the best stocked I have ever seen in a vacation rental (even with a teapot, bless you!) We were lucky to stay there during the olive harvest and were able to buy some delicious olive oil straight off the press. Grazie mille per tutto, Claudia and Alessandro; we will think of Passo della Polomba while we enjoy our olive oil back in Canada! Arrivederci e alla prossima!

What a unique place to stay! Accommodations were exactly as described. We had not trouble finding the Abbey and Annalisa's mom came to greet us upon arrival. Both the abbey and the gardens are beautiful and our children got a kick out of the small playground - an unexpected surprise. We cooked our own dinner in the room and enjoyed the offerings provided for breakfast in the common area. They also had small handmade gifts (olive oils, soaps, marmalades) that we purchased for stocking stuffers for our family.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Daniele per 3 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è immersa in un contesto splendido, un po’ fuori dal centro di Perugia, raggiungibile in 20 minuti a piedi ma più comodamente in pochi minuti di auto, visti i numerosi saliscendi della città. La casetta è indipendente, essenziale ma dotata di tutto. Daniele e i cohost sono stati gentili e disponibili. Struttura super dogfriendly, cosa da noi molto apprezzata. Consigliatissimo!
