Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mararikulam

I booked the homestay for a college friends' re union and each one of us loved the place. It's a recently renovated ancestral property, well designed and maintained, to ensure a comfortable stay. The best parts are the beautiful lawn on three sides of the property and enough parking space. The gathering space with a bar counter, vast corridor and the enough seating is a highlight of the property. Being beside the MC Road and close to Muvattupuzha, finding the property was very easy. Hosts Chandini and Jaini were very supportive and accommodative to our requests. Last but not least, the care takers Kutti and Subaida made us feel home, with the delicious food they cooked for us. Overall the experience staying at the property was amazing and I am looking forward to go back to the property again.

The inclusive breakfast was plentiful and filled me up all day and cooked to my personal vegan tastes..nothing was too much trouble for Lili .. Helpful advice from Sreekumar on where to go and how to get there … Will definitely return again.

If you want to enjoy backwater stay,this is the place to spend it with Family. It's very well maintained house even though it's built in early 2000's(not sure), it needs lot of time to maintain this big house. My kids and spouse enjoyed it away from your city traffic, I recommend for a people who have their 4 wheeler if you neeed to reach in the night. Google will show some short cut which is very narrow to reach upto main road. Explore the place, we enjoyed it.

Excellent place! Super host! Nearby interesting places and restaurants! Dr.Neethu was very helpful - allowed an early checkin and was always available for support. The space is superbly maintained. Overall an awesome stay!

My mom, sister and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Janice’s beautiful home in Kakanad, Kochi, and it was an incredible experience! The place is just as stunning as the pictures on Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, Janice made us feel right at home. She was proactive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable—such a thoughtful host! The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals, and the bathrooms were sparkling clean. Overall, the house is impeccably maintained, which really added to our relaxation and enjoyment. This property is truly a gem, and I hope all future guests treat it with care. The stay is wonderful and located in a peaceful apartment building. Anna was proactive and made sure we had everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Kottayam.

Jacob was always reachable, responded very friendly and polite and took care we had everything needed. Hence, a great host. The apartment is very impressive and taken care of with a great view. Every room has its balcony to enjoy it. The location at the waterfront is very nice of course. One gets around easiest with cars, auto rikshaw.

Madhu is the perfect host and even treated me to two wonderful meals in the short time that I was there. His place was really "Home away from home". His place is super clean,tidy , well furnished, ,killer view, we'll situated....... and having work to complete, I was overjoyed that the room had a work-table , a electrical plubgboard and an office chair. He even offered a large screen , external monitor, since my laptop screen is damaged. Madhu is warm, friendly, considerate and ultra responsive to one's needs . I wish I had about a week more to stay there. If that beautiful, quiet area is where you wanna stay, Madhu's place is 100%, "best pick". I will always check there for availability when in town.
