The property is just as shown in the photos—beautifully located by the lakeside. It was quite clean overall, though a few areas could use a bit of maintenance. Mr. Aneesh, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. It would be even better if the food menu included more local cuisine options.

Overlooking a large lake, it provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation and unwinding. The place is incredibly calming. The peaceful surroundings, combined with the thoughtful interior design, created an oasis of tranquility. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded all our expectations. I'd booked the place for my friends to stay for my engagement function. Everything was amazing and the house was also pretty great! The management took care of all concerns we had and it was an amazing stay.

Mr Jose and his team were great hosts. We stayed at their listing for 2 days and Mr. Jose and his associates visited us both days and made sure we were comfortable. The listing was beautiful with lots of indoor and outdoor space. Infinity swimming pool was the highlight. We found enough resturants on Zomato for both the days and also had lunch at a nearby Hotel. Appreciate the hospitality that was provided and the team's generous nature. Loved staying at the property and looking forward for more such stays in the future.

Great house, got everything what you need. Super clean, 3 air conditioned bedrooms, washer, dryer, full equipped kitchen, microwave, toaster, hot and cold water, refrigerator, safe, tv, high speed internet, bathtub, swimming pool, car parking and plenty of space to hang around. And the best thing is the host, Shino. He is always ready to help anytime. Actually I felt like I was staying at my brother's house. Very very nice people. Really enjoyed my one week stay. Beautiful 1950’s villa with a team of house staff led by Mr Cherian, who took care of everything including delivering amazing food from the sister hotel Eighth Bastion. Sumptuous breakfasts were provided at the hotel, or we could make our own with the provisions supplied (even our fussy 6 year old enjoyed the cornflakes and banana cake). Had a wonderful staycation, with daily music lessons at the Kerala Kathakali centre.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Thomas Inn. From the time we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Mr. Thomas was very proactive and quick in responses. He also provided us with some great tips for local experiences. The accommodation was well maintained and cozy. We had all the amenities we needed. There is also a recreational area with gym equipments and board games. we also caught sight of few peacocks on the terrace. Place and the host overall had a great aura around them. It felt like home away from home. We'd love to come again and also strongly recommend Thomas Inn ! We ended the Kochi trip with some delicious home made wine by Mr. Thomas

Beautiful property. The beach is very close to the property and you can really enjoy a private time there with your family. Shamil was really helpful and responsive. He arranged an early checkin for us and was throughout very responsive to all the queries. The caretaker Varghese was very sweet and helpful and arranged whatever we needed during the stay. The nearby restaurants also delivers to the location and Swiggy was also available. Would recommend this if you need to live by beach side and want to have a peaceful time.

Neil's place is lovely and it is situated in a great location with many sights within walking distance. The check-in went smoothly courtesy of the detailed instructions that Neil had provided.

The location was perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to local attractions and shops. I would highly recommend this homestay.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, traditional Kerala house! Our group of friends found the home beautifully maintained, with three spacious AC bedrooms and large, clean bathrooms that made our stay very comfortable. The fully functional kitchen was a big plus. Although the house is located right on the highway, the large compound provided complete privacy and a peaceful environment. One of our favorite spots was the cozy patio in the backyard, shaded by a huge jackfruit tree — perfect for relaxing in the evenings. For the price, this place is honestly the best deal you could find. A special thanks to our host, Romy, who made sure our experience was absolutely perfect and hassle-free. Less than one hour drive from cochin. A lap pool would be a perfect addition.

Rismitty and her husband Joseph were superb hosts. They really cared about us and our visit and did everything to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. By the end of our stay I felt that we had become friends. The place itself was spotlesslessly clean, roomy, with simple but adequate furniture. The kitchen was minimally stocked, but it met our needs. Filtered water was available. Note that there isn't hot water in the shower, but that seems to be standard in India except in upscale hotels. For westerners the rates are very low. In short, I highly recommend this airbnb for a visit to Kochi.

It's a very nice place if you have a large family to accompany. The host was extremely helpful and is very friendly to deal with. The house was kept exceptionally clean, and there were all the utensils for use. The wifi was good, the place is very close to the city.

We really enjoyed our stay with Dominic. We had some initial difficulties at the beginning but were able to sort them out quickly and were very satisfied in the end. The location is perfect and really only a jump away from the beach. Dominic is a relaxed and nice guy who recommended a few local things and organised a kayak tour during sunrise.

I had an amazing stay at Marari Bellcasa! The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed (with round walls) with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Yesudas was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The location was Perfect for me — as it was close to everything I wanted to explore, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I felt right at home and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

We were a family group and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manu's Villa. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the famous Sree Krishna temple and a Devi temple in Thiruvarppu. Walking to the temple at dawn was a truly divine and calming experience. Thiruvarppu itself is a charming village, peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The villa itself was very clean—the rooms, linens, bathrooms, and kitchen were all very well maintained. The villa felt like a true home away from home. Manu was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always just a phone call away. His warm hospitality made us feel well taken care of. We are definitely planning to make this our regular spot whenever we visit again. For longer stays, it would be great to have a caretaker drop by daily to clean, but that’s just a suggestion to make an already wonderful place even better. Overall, it was an exceptional stay that exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to our next visit.
