A great place to stay for a long time. First of all, it is a very cozy place and there are many facilities (kitchen supplies and equipment), there was even a screen to work on. The balcony had sun all afternoon in the winter which was great. Walking distance to the beach, tram and several restaurants. The only thing I have to mention is that it is noisy and not well insulated, you can hear the street very well and the wind blows through the windows.

The communication of Sergio was really uitstanding and could not have been any better, very quick and helpful, nice tips for restaurants and luggage storage e.g. we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks a lot for everything Sergio you are a top host!

Just like other reviews say, this place is PERFECT. It truly feels like home, with everything you could possibly need. The apartment is cozy and thoughtfully prepared. The beds are very comfortable, with fresh, clean linens. The owner is extremely generous — providing dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, and even women’s pads. It’s not one of those cheap Airbnbs where they give you the bare minimum. He even included extras like umbrellas, hats, and beach mats. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. The apartment is spotless, and the balcony — with its beautiful view — is even better than in the photos. Location: Very close to the beach — we went swimming every day. Bars and restaurants are nearby, and grocery stores are just a few minutes away. It’s a beach town, about 20 minutes by car from the city. The apartment is easy to access, with an elevator and a secure, well-maintained building. Overall, we had an incredibly comfortable stay — highly recommend!
