Beachfront vacation rentals in Malvarrosa beach

Great apartment for a family looking to visit Valencia and enjoy the beach. Plenty of restaurants and food markets in the area within easy walking distance. $15-$20 taxi rides into the old town of Valencia. We booked our own trips to the airport but the hostess had her recommendation. Parking available for a rental car which we did use for one day, but in general you don't need a rental car. One point that might not be totally obvious...there are two porches - one facing the front (beach), and the other facing the back (street). Helpful because you can either stay in or avoid the sun as needed. We hope to return some day. Valencia exceeded my expectations, and I've been to Madrid and Barcelona many times (not that those aren't nice cities as well).

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

Fantastic location for the beach, and very easy to get into town. The flat is spacious and has a great communal space. Inés was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

The marina is a great location for the beach and many bars and restaurants and a short taxi ride away to the central of Valencia. We stayed on the boat for three nights and had a lovely time. The boat is fairly small inside but had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would come back again 100% It is exactly as it looks in the pictures, very stylish and clean with good amenities! The location is great too as it’s a quiet street but close to the beach and lots of nice food places nearby. The only downsides were some issues with the trip switches, but the hosts were always responsive and helpful in fixing these.

A beautiful house in a lovely part of Valencia, very close to the beach. We spent a very peaceful two days here and wished we could have stayed longer.

This is the 2nd property of Loly’s we booked in a span of 2 weeks and it is exactly as described in the listing. The home is in very close proximity (5min walk) to the beach, fitness center, bus stops, super market and many nice cafés/restaurants along the beach. The apartment on the 3rd floor is stunning and spacious with a beautiful balcony and having views of the ocean from different rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and great for a group staying for a longer duration as well. Host, Loly is very prompt with her communication, helpful and provides good guidance. And a special mention to her local friend Lara who was super helpful and prompt with sightseeing and restaurant selections

We spent four days in this lovely apartment, and had a great time. Just in front of the beach, well equipped. There are a lot of nice restaurants around and we did not need yo rent a car. I definitely recommend and hope to come back.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to others, clean and modern apartment right next to Patacona beach. The flat looks better than the photos show. Great pool which wasn’t even cold in May, loads of playgrounds nearby for kids. Easy bus into town or if you’re feeling lazy like us one can get quick uber into the centre of town for only €8. Proactive host was very responsive. We would stay again, thank you!

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. Clean, comfortable, and the beach was across the street. The patio terrace was wide with room for a dining table for four and drying rack. Views were great. Quiet area. Can’t comment on pool since does not open until mid June but did not matter since beach was close, clean, and enjoyable. Our favorite restaurant in the area was Sorsi e Morsi which had great homemade pasta.

The apartment is spacious for 2 people. Calm prevails. The sea is nearby as well as the bus lines. Close to Valencia center also accessible by bike. Recommended, stayed 5 nights.

The apartment is located very close to a beautiful beach, which is the biggest advantage of this place! The apartment is spacious and very comfortable for a family of 5. In addition, something that surprised us very much was the prepared beach towels for each guest, which made it very easy for us to sunbathe. We recommend this place!

Parel in Pucol, be quick because this is going to be very popular very soon. Peace, privacy, beautiful, super stay and host is perfect. You do need a car for the excursions nearby. The stay is super local and quiet, keep that in mind / not all restaurants are always open but by car in about 18 minutes in Valencia city center. The house super beautiful, view super, wake up and with a few steps swimming in the sea = magnifique. A direct hit. BUT, as reported, definitely need a car.

We stayed in the apartment in late May/early June. I liked everything. The apartment is exactly as described. I really liked the location. 5 minutes walk to the sea. 5 and 10 minutes to supermarkets. Nearby are the bus stops from which we went everywhere we planned. 1 hour to the airport (bus + subway) The apartment is clean, well-maintained. There is everything you need for a vacation. It was very pleasant that there was everything for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, blankets. The kitchen has everything you could need. Eating on the balcony is an open element of pleasure. The view from the balcony is very nice. We didn't talk much with Margarita. There were no questions, except for the time of our arrival. I really liked the neighborhood where the apartment is located. Once we walked around the neighboring districts and realized that we had made the right choice. Recommended.

Excellent location on the beach with magnificent views. Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Well-maintained and clean apartment. Area full of bars and restaurants, convenient to the metro a short distance away.

The apartment is very nice, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located a few meters from the beach in a very nice area. Both Ismael and Amparo were very friendly and willing to answer all our questions. Highly recommended, without a doubt.
