Beachfront vacation rentals in Malvarrosa beach

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

The communication with the host was great. The penthouse, especially the rooftop terrace, and the location right in front of the sea are a real dream. I'm happy to come back 🌸

Communication with Manuel was perfect. He was very quick to respond and very proactive. The apartment is very spacious and has a large kitchen. The location of the apartment was fine if you would like to go to the beach. Public transport is around the corner but takes a long time to get to the center. If you are with more people, a taxi via the freenow app is a good solution or cycling via valbisi. If you download the app of valbisi, you can see where the dockx of the bikes are. The center of Valencia is really very nice and worth several visits! If you still have time, it is advisable to rent a car and drive to Peñíscola. Really very beautiful!

The ocean views are wonderful. The morning sun rises right in front of the balcony. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, the kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoyed the time there and we had the beach almost to ourselves. However, the town of El Perello itself is still not very lively in April and consists almost entirely of new buildings. Communication with Noelia was great - she takes great care of the well-being of her guests. The bus stop (line 25 to Valencia Porta de la Mar) is about a ten-minute walk.

Great apartment, with plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen is very well equipped. She communication is perfect, helpful, quick and always available. Small problems and questions were answered and resolved very quickly! The beachfront apartment is a great change from the city and a rest for eyes and soul. It can get noisy on weekends due to the disco nearby. But you don't have to. Tram and bus are right nearby and you can easily get anywhere. We'd love to come back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay & loved where the apartment was located. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer!!! Would love to return & stay for the entire Semana Santa. Local restaurants were amazing!! The beach is really convenient & all the sites in the old town gave us a great workout when we walked to them. Would highly recommend that people stay here. 😊😊

Both amparo and Paula (co-host) were super responsive and friendly. They are wonderful hosts and super content with the house. It is in a very quiet area and right on the beach, of course it is a stay that we would repeat in a time that can be enjoyed 100% of the location right on the beach and the pool of the house. It's exactly what you see in the photos as well as being a cozy home. An experience of 10 ☺️

I had a fantastic stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made the check-in and check-out process seamless. The location was perfect – close to beach. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

The house is very nice, everything is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to relax for a few days. but above all the spectacular terrace. close to the beach . Everything was great. We'll definitely be back. The layout of the house is very good. And although we don't use it, having a pool, even if it's shared, 10 steps from the apartment is a very good complement.

The apartment was a great place to stay with a young family. The beach and supermarket were within easy walking distance and it was really well connected by multiple bus routes for easy travel into the city. The area is a reasonably quiet residential area with nice relaxed vibe. The apartment was well provisioned with everything we needed including beach equipment and beach towels which was a nice extra. Getting in was relatively simple, we were met by the cleaner to give us the key and she was friendly. Ambrosio was proactive in communication beforehand to arrange everything and was responsive to messages when initially we couldn't locate the person for the key.

We loved our stay in Alejandro’s place in Sagunto. The house is well equipped and the outdoor area is amazing. We spent most of our time there or on the beach (which is a few steps away). The beds were very comfy. Amazing views from all over the house and such a great space to spend time in. We all had a blast in the pool and cooking meals in the evenings. Highly recommend!

Great place and nice host

The apartment is amazing. The view is fantastic from the 12th floor. We had a storm,it was really good! Really.... The only problem is the coffee machine. Not a Nespresso, not compatible with capsules. We used the other coffee maker. We had a great time. Thank you!

Fabulous location with lots of restaurants a short walk away. House was spotless and very roomy. Had everything we needed!

Ideal place for families with children everything is within walking distance. The villa is large with several terraces. Very quiet place. Well equipped villa and with beach chair umbrella. Juan is very responsive and checked in to see if our stay was going well and sent us a message when we returned home. I would recommend this villa. We will be back. Thank you Juan

The stay was great. Rocio has responded quite quickly at all times. The accommodation is ideal to spend a few days with friends, with a great location, and well cared for. We would repeat our stay again

It was a phenomenal stay, the apartment was very clean and with everything you need for your stay. Regarding the area, we found it very accessible and beautiful, it was a 10-minute drive from the port, 30 minutes from Valencia!! We should note that we had a barbecue that we used a lot and for us, it was the best part of the stay. The host has always been very decisive and attentive to us, of course it seems to us that it is totally worth it and more so when the weather is good. The only thing that could improve is that there is no wifi, as he clearly indicates in the listing, and for long stays it would be nice.

The truth is that we felt right at home, everything was spotless and Rosa was lovely. Good views, super quiet area, and I can't think of anything negative to say.

Nicolas is a fantastic host. Although he does not speak English, he is very communicative and helpful. He let us stay at the house until 7pm, for which we are so grateful. A nice gesture was the refreshments at the entrance, and delicious chocolate donuts for the feast of Fallas. Perfect location. Right after you leave the house, you're on the beach. Tram and bus stops 2-3 minutes from the house. I recommend!
