Cette maison est un enchantement. Située dans un quartier calme et apaisant, elle est en même temps très proche en métro ou en bus de tous les sites à visiter ( Prado, musée Reina Sofia, Palais Royal, parc Retiro...). Tout y est pensé pour le bien-être et la douceur de vivre. Dans un style industriel magique, Gustavo a réussi un petit miracle de beauté et d'originalité. Le confort est total: lits, serviettes de bain , cuisiné... Nos trois petits enfants ont été émerveillés par la salle de sport et le jardin. Et que dire de la gentillesse et de l'accueil de Gustavo et Thanh? Jamais, dans aucun airbnb, nous n'avions été reçus ainsi... Gentillesse, cordialité, efficacité, ainsi qu'un superbe bouquet de fleurs pour notre anniversaire de mariage ! Cette maison restera gravée dans notre mémoire, c'est le plus bel airbnb où nous ayons séjourné...

Great quiet chalet located outside of the city center— close to the metro station making it easy to go to the city! Nacho was very friendly and responsive. Plenty of space for our group of 6.

Sandra responde siempre pronto a las preguntas y María ayuda para lo que se necesita. El apartamento es cómo descrito. El metro está a 10 minutos. Hay un Carrefour a 5 mns para ls compras y la "Boulangerie" que hace un pan muy bueno.

Es una persona encantadora....estuvo alli para recibirnos. Me preguntó si necesitábamos algo....todo genial. La casa amplia, bien comunicada, con menaje y cositas para desayunar y guisar, bien iluminada y con muchas ventanas, con aparcamiento y anfitriona pendiente de que no nos faltara nada....un gustazo.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Madrid. Die Stadt hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, die Menschen sind - gegenüber anderen spanischen Städten - sehr unfreundlich. Wir waren entsetzt, wie wenig die englische Sprache gesprochen wird, vor allem in der Gastronomie. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und für vier Personen auch großzügig. Ich würde sie für fünf Personen nicht empfehlen. Die Schlafcouch ist doch sehr unbequem und es fehlt ein fünfter bequemer Stuhl. Auch ist die Wohnung doch weiter weg von der Innenstadt, wie vermutet. Ein besonderer Dank geht an unsere Wohnungsvermieter, ihr wart sehr aufmerksam und immer da, wenn wir Hilfe gebraucht haben. Vielen, vielen Dank. Wir haben, trotz Apriltemperaturen sogar den Pool benutzt, sehr erfrischend. Der Pool ist eine echte Bereicherung.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. El alojamiento se corresponde, al completo, con lo anunciado. Metro a corta distancia, zona tranquila.

Todo genial en el apartamento de Maribel. Aunque no está en una zona súper céntrica, había una estación de metro muy cerca, con lo que ha sido fácil desplazarse por Madrid. En el barrio hemos encontrado todo lo necesario. Hemos está muy a gusto!!!

Sehr gut gelegene und saubere Wohnung. Wir waren eine Woche da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles, was man braucht ist in der Nähe und sowieso war alles fußläufig erreichbar. Patricio antwortet schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Typical Madrid apartment in a quiet and very conveniently located neighborhood. Absolutely loved the park with extensive playground right around the corner. Shops, restaurants and sights within walking distance. Several bus stops connecting to the rest of the city close by. As most rented out apartments, it's a ground floor apartment. Very cool in summer but a bit chilly in spring. Not a problem since blankets and heating are provided.

Pablo is a very kind host and was attentive at all times, even before our arrival. The location is perfect, and the apartment is ideal, equipped with everything you might need

A great quirky bijou base for a stay in Madrid. However, the internal stairs in the apartment is very steep and and requires care. It would not be suitable for those with any difficult walking..

Appartamento ben attrezzato e pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro. Martin, host molto disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare il pacchetto di benvenuto con snack e bevande .... Lo consiglio

Mercedes est une femme que tout le monde respecte ,elle est très gentille . personnellement je trouve la communication très fluide et sa réaction est rapide, c'est sûr si les conditions sont réunis je ferai l'expérience une autre fois.

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

We hebben enorm genoten van deze plek. Ruim royaal appartement voor ons drietjes - 2 slaapkamers, badkamers - alles fris en schoon. De ruimte maakt het tot een fijn verblijf. De plek erg centraal in Madrid, alles goed beloopbaar. Echt een aanrader!
