Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Maddalena Island

We are a family with two little children and we had a very nice time at Marcos place. The garden is paradise and the accommodation is very tastefully decorated. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. We were the only ones there in early May. Sara, who welcomed us on site, is very warm, friendly and helpful. Marco is also easily accessible and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back! Tutto perfetto!

Patrizia was very kind at all times! Upon arrival, we had a 6-hour delay from our airline and he waited for us when we arrived at night. Every other day he asked us how we were, if we needed anything, and from the first minute he gave us recommendations on what tours to do/which beaches to go to/where to eat like a local. From the time we got there until we left, she was always ready for anything, with a huge smile. I'd give it 10 stars, but I can only give 5 on the platform. Thanks Paty! We'll be back for sure!

Super nice view from the terrace. Kitchen was well equipped. Parking nearby. Quiet environment, except for a disco in the far distance. Supermarket can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Beautiful beaches in 3 min. by car. Accommodation ideal for 2 persons.

Our stay went very well. We were able to enjoy the beautiful villa, well located, quiet. This despite a rainy and then very windy April weather at the beginning. The environment, especially the island near Caprera, lends itself to beautiful hikes. The village of La Maddalena is very close, 5 minutes by car, and there is everything you need. The host hosted us very well and was very accommodating for check-in and checkout times.

My mum and I felt right at home at Giovanna's. Giovanna was very friendly and always responded quickly (: The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures and very spacious! The kitchen is super equipped and the furnishings are modern and nicely decorated. The nearest beach is only a 5 minute walk away. There are mosquitoes on site, but there are mosquito nets on all the windows and citronella anti-mosquito coils if you want to sit outside. So the mosquitoes didn't bother us and we slept very well. We also really liked the area, it's very quiet and the beautiful Spiaggia di Bassa Trinita is only 2 minutes away by car. But with a short walk you also have a nice view of the islands of Spargi, Budelli and co and access to other small beaches that are more sheltered from the wind. We really enjoyed our stay at Giovanna's!

We had a great stay again. The house has the best view ever, it’s really special located in between the rocks with a view of the ocean and La Maddalena. Great sunsets to watch and we loved the terraces. The contact was very friendly and helpful.

The location, location, location! View! 10 minutes walk to the small, cute town, 10 minutes to the beach of Tegge. In the city local buses to wonderful beaches, Basse Trinita and Spalmatore. The house spacious with all the equipment you may need, even bath towels. Nice deck with great views over the sea. In case of worse weather, pull chairs to the window to the ocean and enjoy a drink. Quick and friendly responses from our host couple Enrico and Monia. Immediately resolved an issue that arose at the beginning. We stayed here for a couple nights and would definitely stayed here next time we visit. Comfortable bed, ice cold a/c, quiet, and a water view from the terrace are all we need to be happy guests. Valentina’s place checked all those boxes.

We are already here for the 2nd time immediately felt at home. Everything is decorated with a lot of love, so you can also spend a nice time indoors. The beach is just under the window of the property, very idyllic and quiet. The small town of Palau is within walking distance and also the island of Maddalena is easily accessible from there by ferry and worth a visit! We have already booked for next year:-)

Beautiful accommodation, welcoming, great location, splendid view of the port. I recommend it. The only downside: the sofa bed is not very comfortable for two people.

Our flight got delayed and we had to check in later next day. Marilia helped us every step of the way. The place has a beautiful balcony view. I am thinking of coming again already!

Check-in/check-out was very straightforward. The hosts very nice and helpful. The terrace was definitely my favorite part of the apartment! And maybe also the rain shower in the bathroom ;-) Only with the neighbors around you have to be a little lucky so that it is also quiet, but the hosts can't do anything about that. In any case, it was a great stay in a great location - I would definitely book this place again. Grazie mille!

We had an amazing stay here - the kids loved it & spent many hours on the beach & catching tiny fish in the lagoon. The property is located in a beautiful setting, with flamingoes frequenting the lagoon on the left & the beach directly in front of the patio. The property has all you require, and the shops are a 5 minute drive away. We explored a few other beaches during our stay, but were unanimous that the one right on our doorstep was the best!

Apartment in a small building in the upper part of the city of La Maddalena. Quiet area but a 5-minute walk from the center and the port. Large terrace where you can eat with a view of S Stefano, Caprera, and Palau. Many brochures are provided on what to do and visit, but the hosts are always available for advice. We'll be back ❤️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment in Porto Pollo, Sardinia. Upon arrival, we were seduced by the setting: breathtaking sea views, a quiet and preserved environment, and direct access to a beautiful beach. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Every detail seemed to have been thought of to offer maximum comfort: quality bedding, functional kitchen, air conditioning, and a small terrace where we loved to eat. The welcome from our hostess was up to the place: warm, attentive, with valuable tips for discovering the region, and good restaurants. A real little piece of heaven, which we would recommend without hesitation.

We felt very comfortable at the place. Maria and Francesco have been very nice hosts. They greeted us at check-in and kindly showed us the apartment. Amenities were as described. Clean and easy to find. We had to park a little outside, as you can't go directly in front of the property, but we always found a parking space! Glad to come back!

Very nice stay, close to all amenities (port, shops, restaurants, etc.). Mario was a perfect host, very responsive, and provided us with very detailed instructions before our arrival! Parking nearby is a real plus, in short a very good base to explore the beautiful islands of La Maddalena :)

Great host, very responsive and we felt very comfortable staying there even though her unit was above ours as she left us alone (in the most positive sense) after check in. she was also great with my kids and promptly provided them each toys to play with! the scooter and bicycle were the first and last thing they went for every day!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location is excellent — close to all the main attractions and very convenient for getting around. The home itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host IRENE was extremely supportive and responsive throughout our visit. We have only wonderful things to say about Giovanna and her accommodation. She greeted us at check-in and gave us so many wonderful tips on restaurants, tours and beaches. We took her advice and were never disappointed. The apartment was bright and comfortable and beautifully decorated. Little touches like water in the fridge on arrival make all the difference when travelling. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Costa Smeralda, which many delicious restaurants in easy walking distance and many more, plus insanely beautiful beaches only a short drive. We can't wait to come back to Giovanna's place and glorious Sardinia 🙌🏻
