It features two floors joined by an external staircase, with a large porticoed area for windy days. Inside, a large living room, with windows that open onto the garden and the pool, well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 places) including 3 master bedrooms with king-size bed and private bathroom, 4 bathrooms, barbecue, parking spaces covered.

Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

It consists of a large living room with dining area, kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, fridge and dishwasher; two double bedrooms, one with direct access to the pool and a third double bedroom, two bathrooms with shower and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. In the garden there is also a beautiful BBQ area with pizza oven.
