Apartment vacation rentals in Maddalena Island

We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

Fantastic stay. Views from the terrace were incredibly and apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Elisa had some fantastic local recommendations for restaurants which we made the most of. Highly recommend.

We definitely recommend this place. Beautiful place, quiet neighborhood, amazing view on sea and La Maddalena. The house is very close to center Palau, so you can go for a walk to the restaurant or explore Palau city. A huge advantage is that there is a port close to the place from where you can take a ferry to La Maddalena. We can’t wait to visit Sardinia, Palau again! See you!

An incredibly beautiful gem a little outside. The decor was tasteful and of high quality. Ghislaine is a very warm and accommodating host. Despite the language barrier, we were able to coordinate well via translation app. The outdoor area, the garden and the pool are fantastically beautiful. Ghislaine's little touches complete the picture perfectly. We will be happy to come back!

We really liked the apartment, the bed is very comfortable and the apartment is impeccable, the view is breathtaking and it's really worth it. It has all the amenities you need, including a parasol to go to the beach, something that saved us. 🫶🏻 The information they gave us was very good. There were not many stairs, which is appreciated in Italy after so much walking with a suitcase, and parking next to the entrance, very safe. It is close to the port, which is perfect for tours, close to downtown and 4 minutes from the supermarket by car. We really had a very nice and pleasant stay. I'd come back anyway.

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Airbnb. Difficult to fault anything. Giorgio was very professional and timely in all interactions. The apartment was impeccably clean, and is a beautiful property, in the heart of San Pantaleo, with private parking. He was kind enough to offer a host of additional advice and services, was flexible with check-in, and was able to accommodate a late check out for us. We stayed with 2 young kids. The youngest is turning 2 and walking. It was not a problem for us but the only potential downside are exposed stairs (Giorgio warned us in advance) and it was not a problem for us, but I think it would be a challenge with a younger child (crawling or not able to safely manage stairs.) An enormous thank you to Giorgio and Elizabethan for sharing their beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world. I would recommend their place, and if I’m ever lucky enough to return to San Pantaleo I would 100% try to book with them again. Thank you!

Staying with Ms. Lucia was just fantastic. We felt very comfortable and Ms. Lucia took great care of us as guests. The surroundings and the place were simply enchanting, even magical. We enjoyed the required peace and relaxation there. Thank you from the whole heart

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. everything was perfect. Beautiful View, Beautiful Apartment, Perfectly Equipped, Very clean. Clear information for the checkin. Garage car park. Supermarket 5 minutes walk. Town center 10 minutes walk. We have been there with a baby child and a dog. La Madalena is an amazing region, best to explore by rental boat.

Daniele was a very responsive and helpful host! Location was great with an easy walk to the port and town. On a busier street but cute patio looking out on the water! House was very clean but it is warm in the summer with no AC. Would stay again!

Grace was a very nice host. She lives in a little paradise. When we arrived she had somdthing cold to drink in the refrodgerator for us which was really nice! We stayed at Andrea's for 9 nights. What to say. It's perfect as you wish. Very easy to communicate, we were able to check in much earlier, as we had already landed at 8:00 am and it is only 13 minutes from the airport. Everything is as described, very clean and well prepared. You can reach very nice beaches within 15-30 minutes. You have everything else you need very close. We felt at home from day one. Just perfect. We'd love to come back and highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Quiet location but still within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you sit privately with beautiful flowers and large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Always a parking space available. Within walking distance is a Despar, less than 10 minutes walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Rosandra's beautiful apartment was by far the most beautiful vacation home we've ever had. The layout of the apartment is perfect, with a sea view that is unparalleled. Everything was super clean and in very good condition. The private beach can be reached in a few minutes, beautiful other beaches can be easily reached with a smaller hike (20 minutes - 1 hour). You can even walk to Santa Theresa in 40 minutes. If we come back to Sardinia, then definitely to Rosandra😃

Third time in Sardinia and this was our favorite stay yet! An oasis

It's been a wonderful place. Everything has been thought of to make the stay nice and enjoyable. It's the little things that count.
