A stone's throw from Via XX Settembre: the street for strolling among the shops and restaurants that animate hundreds of narrow and fragrant alleys around it day and night. We are in Cala Gavetta, the port area, a stone's throw from the sea. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and open space kitchen, 40 sqm terrace, living room with terrace overlooking the sea.

Newly renovated penthouse on the sea, free on three sides, with sun terrace, service terrace and dream terrace on the sea for magnificent dinners, and consisting of: entrance, living room, super-equipped kitchen, corridor, double bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom and garage - all with sea view.
