Newly renovated penthouse on the sea, free on three sides, with sun terrace, service terrace and dream terrace on the sea for magnificent dinners, and consisting of: entrance, living room, super-equipped kitchen, corridor, double bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom and garage - all with sea view. The apartment, which enjoys all comforts, is a 10-minute walk from the center and the supermarket. Punta Nera beach is below the house while Punta Tegge is a 15-minute walk away.

Vittorio is a very likeable host. The kitchen is well equipped, even olive oil and some spices are available, as well as a large refrigerator with freezer. The location is perfect, very central to the city center and with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea.
