E' composta da ampio salone con zona pranzo, cucina con piano cottura a induzione, forno, frigo e lavastoviglie; due camere matrimoniali di cui una con accesso diretto alla piscina e una terza camera doppia, due bagni con doccia e una doccia esterna con acqua calda e fredda, nel giardino si trova inoltre una bella zona Bbq con forno per la pizza.

Completely renovated in June 2021 and expanded at the beginning of 2023, it is perfect for exclusive holidays in front of the Maddalena archipelago. It features two floors joined by an external staircase, with a large porticoed area for windy days. Inside, a large living room, with windows that open onto the garden and the pool, well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 places) including 3 master bedrooms with king-size bed and private bathroom, 4 bathrooms, barbecue, parking spaces covered.

Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Villa Mica

Indipendent Villa, of 110 mq, surrounded by thick vegetation that directly overlooks the sea.  The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: water boiler, fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 3 double beds. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with stereo, wifi, television, washing machine, air conditioning, safe box, and private car park.

Villa Roccia

Just outside the picturesque harbour of Porto Rotondo lies the Villa Roccia holiday home, which is part of a complex of 6 independent villas. The Sardinian-style house has an impressive, natural rock formation in the centre of the house, lending a rustic ambience to the dining room and kitchen. The house is on the ground floor and boasts beautiful furnishings, which, in combination with the natural stone walls, exudes a cosy atmosphere.
