Vacation rentals with a patio in Maddalena Island

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Anna and her husband welcomed us very warmly from the beginning and were available for questions during our stay. We can't (yet) speak Italian, but by email no problem. Very, very friendly and helpful, the two of them! The place has everything you need. Clean, good kitchen equipment and bathroom accessories. The beach chairs & umbrella for the beach were especially great. The location of the apartment is top, in a quiet side street. Bus stations and main street with shopping and shopping facilities but within 5 minutes, including the best breakfast cafe "Tiramisu", delicious pizza shops "Juma" and Roberto's "Pizzeria Voglia di Pizza". We had a great stay at Christiano’s place, perfect spot as a base for some cycling, the apartment had everything we needed and a great sunset view. Christiano was super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend to others and stay again! Thanks 🙏🏻

The location was perfect, quiet, in a residential area but an easy walk to the beach, marina and restaurants. The apartment was as per the photos and super clean. Carmen was very responsive and provided some suggestions for the area. We were only there 2 nights but I wish we had stayed longer.

Beautiful apartment located in San Pantaleo (which is also a very pretty village). The apartment has a beautiful view and is well-equipped. Andrea has been a very welcoming and available host. Special mention for Andrea and Myriam's restaurant which was good and generous! We'll be happy to come back!

Perfect location for my family consisting of me, my partner and our 2-year-old daughter. The house is very nice, new and equipped with all the comforts, in a quiet area, very well maintained, a stone's throw from the beach of Laconia (crossing the road we were on the seafront) and a few minutes' drive from a series of wonderful beaches (tanca manna, barca bruciata, le piscine). Marina and Monica were very kind, leaving us a gift on arrival and giving us cookies on departure. I hope to come back.

Quiet location but still within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you sit privately with beautiful flowers and large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Always a parking space available. Within walking distance is a Despar, less than 10 minutes walk. highly recommended!

Wonderful apartment, with everything you need to spend a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in a very quiet development within a private condominium. If you have a car, you'll always have parking nearby. It will have a wonderful terrace with direct access to the common pool. The excellent cleanliness of the apartment is worth mentioning. Danilo was very friendly, responsive and patient even when we had to check in late. In general, we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back.

The accommodation was even nicer than we could have imagined! The cottage is in a beautiful place in a very quiet area, yet the beach and villages are close by. The stay has all the comforts, you won't be short of anything as a guest. We were most likely to be found in the lovely garden with many different seating areas to relax and unwind. We would love to come back to Sardinia and definitely this place! 🌞 Maria is a warm hostess who thinks along and responds quickly to questions. Recommended!

Beautiful location, modern home, close to the airport, prompt and helpful communication (allowed us to check out a bit later so I could take a work call). Couldn’t recommend more

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

Do not hesitate - stay at Agostino’s place! The views are stunning, Agostino and his daughter are super friendly and helpful, the house is really comfy and there is so much to do nearby! You definitely need a car and the road up to the house is an adventure (but we managed it in our massive van so in a car you’ll be fine!) and be sure to walk to both beaches (Cala Sarraina and the private one along the path behind the house). The nearest supermarket is 30min away (Eurostar towards Santa Teresa) so stock up! The kitchen is perfect for preparing all of the delicious local products. All-in-all an amazing place!

The stay had all the amenities listed in the ad. They let us leave an hour later than requested! It was the space we needed!

We had a lovely stay at Maria-Lena place. We really enjoyed the nice and cosy location and the house was quite lovely and tidy when we arrived. The only thing was that the planes for the airport flew right over which we were not aware of. It was not a lot of planes, so it is not bother, it’s just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay though. Check-in, check-out was easy, and with a rental car it was a really nice base to have.

We had a great stay. Particularly beautiful was the view from the terrace and that we could enjoy fantastic sunsets from there every evening. The location is pleasantly quiet and perfect to visit the beautiful bays of Capo Testa or the small, sweet town of Santa Teresa, where there are great restaurants and a very nice weekly market. The amenities such as the kitchen and washing machine are a bit outdated, the washing machine did not always work properly. But we quickly got support from Francesco. Francesco's numerous tips on the surroundings and restaurants, which were in the accommodation, were also very helpful. He was also very friendly and responded very quickly. We would be happy to recommend the place:)

Everything is great, Sara is very nice and caring. Everything is well maintained and clean! The houses are closer together than you can see in the photos, but that doesn't bother you. It is quiet and we really enjoyed our time. Thanks a lot!

Enjoyed very clean apartment with extra amenities. Beautiful and comfortably furnished inside and outside on extensive quiet back patio. Beautiful dishes and glassware. Modern bathroom with excellent shower. Great location close to many beaches, great restaurants, shops, and to the port. Tommasina and Francesca were friendly and helpful.

Perfectly positioned - within a couple of minutes of a supermarket, 5 minutes to the harbour and 10 minutes to the Bonifacio Citadel, so a fantastic location. Very modern apartment, with all modern furnishings and appliances. Lovely balconies to sit on (though the road can sometimes be a little noisy in the daytime). Charlotte the host is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

Maria and Valentina are great hosts — very responsive and attentive. We arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time, and as soon as the apartment was cleaned, Maria kindly accommodated us for an early check-in, which is very very appreciated. The apartment was super clean, and the bed sheets smelled lovely :) The apartment is located on a quiet residential street, mostly surrounded by locals, which made it a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Parking was easy and convenient—perfect since I had a car. There’s a small market just a 5-minute walk away, and the Olbia city center is only a 5–7 minute drive. Maria also gave us great recommendations for beaches and a local Sardinian restaurant. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in Sardinia, great hosts and would definitely come back!

The accommodation of Vittorio is perfectly located to the beach, is very nicely lovingly furnished and with its own covered terrace and small beautiful garden to sit and grill. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend Vittorio and his apartment

We lived in the apartment all week, the apartment corresponds exactly to what is shown in the pictures. The kitchen was super clean and has everything you need to take care of yourself if you want to. The apartment is very central and is only about 10 minutes' walk to Olbia city center. It offers great parking right outside the door. Also, you could wonderfully visit the surroundings of Olbia from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and has a private atmosphere. Gianluca was always friendly and answered our question quickly.
