Relax among the olive trees

Quiet, bright, surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful view of the countryside. Built with green building criteria, it is located in the hills, 500m above sea level and a 15-minute drive from Pistoia. From the cottage you can also walk to a nice public pool and the station. The village of Castagno can also be reached by train! Upon arrival, you will find some products from our farm, as well as coffee, milk, yogurt, and fresh bread. You can use the washing machine and Netflix TV.

Quiet and romantic, 20 minutes from the sea and surrounded by greenery. We host NON-SMOKING ADULTS ONLY, we are pet-friendly (small size) and very environmentally friendly. Pedona is a 5-minute walk from the property, and offers 2 grocery stores and 1 restaurant. Camaiore, a historic and well-served city, is an 8-minute drive away. Our Wi-Fi is VERY SLOW, but the "connection" is not our priority😉. You can book an umbrella on a private beach for €25 per day (payment on the beach).

Easily accessible by bus, from the center and from the railway station. At about 1 km there are Restaurants, Post Office, Pharmacy, Food, Bar, Newsstand, Distributor.

Metato Tiny House Chalet

Small stone and wood house, on two floors. On the lower floor, there is a kitchen and living area. Upstairs, the sleeping area with a bathroom is currently separated from the room by a curtain. The shower is outside the house, covered and with hot water, but 10 steps from the entrance door. Outside, there is a pergola canopy with an oven, barbecue, and kitchen. On request, it will be possible to set up 2 tents suspended on the trees and add hammocks.

The property, which was once a stable, has been renovated in a rustic style, while maintaining the true essence of the shepherds' houses. The Painter's House

The guest house is immersed in the garden: it is a quiet and romantic place. Tastefully furnished and with many of my paintings, it has everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. It is surrounded by fruit trees, olive trees, pine trees, and many flowers. You can take nice walks or admire the surrounding countryside in peace. The beautiful city of Lucca is 3 km away: it is easily accessible by car, bicycle and bus.

Outside the studio, a large garden where you can rest comfortably after enjoying the beautiful landscapes of Garfagnana and Valle del Serchio. Excellent starting point for excursions to the Apuan Alps and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and to visit Lucca 40 minutes away by car, Pisa an hour, Florence an hour and a half, the Versilia coast an hour.

Nepitella is a small house, perfect for two. It can also host a child (max height 1.20 m) and is free of architectural barriers. Each house is independent, surrounded by the peaceful greenery of the hillside. In the large garden: travertine pool, hot tub, warm shower, gazebo and barbecue. You can walk through the woods and along the stream. We live next door, discreet yet present. A car is necessary to reach us.
