We had a lovely week in viareggio the apartment is lovely and in a great location, the host is very helpful and friendly.

Nicoletta was a superb host who greeted me at the apartment, showed me everything and even had the heating on ready for me! The apartment was spotless, well equipped and well maintained. Thank you, dear Sara, for providing your apartment. The apartment is very clean and has a fantastic location with direct beach access. The ceiling height is a bit low in the shower and in the bedrooms, but we are both quite tall. We were able to arrange it very well and for us it was not a problem. We all (including children 5 and 10 years) felt very comfortable and recommend the apartment 100%. Sara is very sweet and accommodating, thank you very much!

I had a wonderful time! From the first moment Francesca was immediately available, so my boyfriend and I chose her twice without thinking about it. He welcomed us on the first day as if we were pen friends who were supposed to meet for the first time. Beautiful experience!

We stayed at Elton's for two nights for the carnival. The apartment was in perfect order and equipped with everything you need, in an extremely convenient location to access both the sea and the parade. It was also very convenient to have a reserved parking space. Elton was always available to provide all the necessary information. We definitely recommend it!

The apartment is beautiful, new and well-equipped. Perfect for 4, but you can also stay in 6 (the sofa bed is not very comfortable). The locker with the keys was a little difficult to open, but just lightly press the door while pulling the lever. Recommended, I'd go back!

The apartment is beautiful, very well maintained and very clean. The location is a 20-minute walk from downtown Florence. Lorenzo made it very easy to get to the apartment and was attentive to everything at all times. A pleasure!!!

Our stay in Florence was often beyond wonderful, and staying at #7 in the Carmine area was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, good choice of restaurants, nice areas for walking - a lovely park was about two blocks away. The apartment itself had everything necessary for a home away from home: rolling shopping cart to take to nearby shops; good variety of cook equipment for cooking at home; extra umbrella; very comfy bed; nice selection of books. Enrica herself was helpful in meeting us and explaining the details of the apartment. Bottom line - we hope to return soon.

This apartment was one of the best places we stayed in all of Europe. It was impecable'y clean and pertfect in evry way imaginable. You could not ask for anything more than the amenities they provided. The locations was outstanding, close to everything, very walakable, and easy to ingress and egress. The bedroom was great, mattress very comfortwble for us, and me who suffers from low back pain. It was very good all around. You could not ask for more than they provide. If there were 10 stars they would get eleven!

A bit far of the train station if you walk from there. Host was incredible, nice recommendation and help us when the check out arrive for our transfer to the train station.

By far, the best Air BNB stay I’ve had. Francesco was superb. Great communication. Sending a video of the entry process was really helpful. Everything was well thought out and it was hard to leave. The flat is in a neighborhood where I’ve stayed many times and is a very different, elegant part of Florence. There are plenty of shops and restaurants and the location down the hill near Porto Romana made grabbing the bus very easy. The furnishings and amenities were a cut above. Francesco could not have been more responsive to our needs, providing advice, taking care of a small plumbing issue immediately and making sure we got our taxi to the airport. I hope to be a repeat renter! Grazie mille.

This place was awesome! Perfect location from the train station (5-10 minute walk). Such a fun place. We use the hot tub every night! The painting on the ceiling is almost 400 years old! The only downside is he can get a little noisy with the road next-door…. But I bet many places are like that in Florence. Just book it!

Very clean and cute apartment, nicely set-up. The private and enclosed parking is a great addition, plus it gives a small playing area for kids. Andrea was very responsive and flexible with our needs. We would gladly come back if we find ourselves in Lucca again.

We had a great experience at Mauro & Alda's apartment. The place is comfy and clean in a very chill and super convenient area. Fortunately we got good weather and it was very nice being able to cook and have a quiet dinner with wine in the patio.

The apartment is in a very old house constructed over 800 years ago. I loved the old style of the apartment, which reminded me of the old history of Florence. Sandro is a great host, they kept a wine bottle as a welcome gift, which is not something many hosts would do. There are really good restaurants around the apartment and close to public commute. We were having trouble finding a taxi to the station as it was a busy time, Sandro and his wife tried helping us to find a taxi by calling them.

The appartment is located in a quiet area roughly 5 minutes walk to the city walls. Text and pictures provided an accurate description of the appartment. We had everything we needed for our 4 days in the appartment and there are shop and restaurants in the area. Great value for a stay in Lucca.
