Carlo is a great host. Although we had a little bit of a language barrier we managed perfectly and communication was very good. Great place for enjoying the Tuscany flair. We were 7 people staying at his house. Two things to remember (but manageable): There is only one bathroom and the kitchen is fairly small. We had a great time. Thanks again Carlo

This small eco sustainable farm is a great place to get away from it all. With views across yellow fields towards the distant hills, the accommodation is spacious and well appointed. We were made to feel very welcome by Barbara and her family, including the exuberant dog!! Highly recommended.

We were hosted very well by Silvana. The listing is in a quiet and peaceful location. Great location for visiting Tuscany (Florence, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa, Siena...). The pool is a real asset in this heat, we were able to enjoy it every day.

Our stay at Anna's house was wonderful… the house corresponds exactly to what is described. Anna makes you feel at home, takes care of you, is an extremely pleasant and welcoming person. She gave us very useful tips on the place and the best local restaurants. The house is uniquely furnished, the interiors are refined and every detail is absolutely not left to chance. What can I say about the breakfast, very good with excellent local products and a lit fireplace to make the atmosphere unique. For us it was truly a memorable stay, one of the best experiences on Airbnb. Thanks Anna, keep it up 🙏🏻

I had the pleasure of staying on the second floor of this villa just outside Lucca and I can only recommend it. The hosts were incredibly kind and patient, welcoming me despite my late arrival and always proving available to check that everything was to my liking. The spacious and bright master bedroom came with a large balcony. The bathroom, also spacious, was perfectly equipped with shampoo and other useful products. The attention to detail and the attention of the hosts made the stay very pleasant. I highly recommend this house to those looking for tranquility and comfort near Lucca!

Accommodation unfortunately a little far from the city center to walk there. Nice little pool after a day of discovering the region. Nice garden well maintained. Matteo and his parents were very pleasant and friendly. Good tips for visiting the region and for restaurants. The small house is separate from the main residence and therefore very private. Only small negative point, the proximity to the highway and the noise (moderate) outside without any consequences inside the house. In short, a great stay at Matteo.

Authentic accomodation in a beautiful location and pool in Tuscany. Only 40 min drive to Florence. Had a great stay here.

Listing is as described. It has three real bedrooms with a nice surface area. The large kitchen which is also the living room is perfectly equipped with modern and functional appliances. It's nice not to end up with 5 forks and 5 knives. As it rained during our stay, we enjoyed the quality of the accommodation which is very quiet. Indeed, the house is in the countryside with no nearby road. In our opinion, a car is essential to fully enjoy the area and access to shops: 1.5 hours from Florence and Siena, a supermarket 8-10 minutes away. GPS is not a luxury. The Wifi worked perfectly for the entire stay. Our host responded quickly to our questions. She's very nice. Without us asking, she had installed a shower chair for our daughter who has limited mobility. You just have to go through the paved lawn area rather than the gravel. Recommended.

We stayed in Giulia and Manuela's apartment for Lucca Comics. We were greeted by Manuela, very kind and helpful right away, providing us with advice before arrival. The apartment in the central area within the walls was impeccable in terms of cleanliness, well maintained and welcoming, making us feel immediately at home. Excellent location. Comfortable and well-organized spaces. Manuela really thought of everything: we found a number of amenities, such as toiletries, a selection of coffee, tea and snacks, a well-equipped kitchen and a small charming sheltered balcony. Manuela was an exceptional host. She responded quickly to all our questions and was always available to help us make our stay perfect, even allowing us to leave our bags beyond check-in and check-out times. We absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to have a quality experience in the heart of the city!

We stayed with Shara for a short stay and immediately felt comfortable. We were able to check in flexibly, Shara welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us everything in detail despite our late arrival. Even the fridge in the separate kitchen cart was perfectly filled for breakfast. Shara had many helpful tips for the area and took good care of us. We could enjoy the stay very much and would come back any time. Thanks Shara!

Eleonora's place deserves more than 5 stars. The location is fantastic, a beautiful view of nature and very quiet. The place is very lovingly decorated, very, very clean and you have everything you need. The view from the bed is fantastic. Eleonora is an excellent host. She was there for me with tips and lots of recommendations. She showed me a lot during the week and her dinner was excellent. There is plenty to see in the area, lots of nature and beautiful small towns to explore. What I liked best is how my dog was welcomed. Eleonora is an absolute animal lover and we felt well taken care of. Those who want to experience vacation away from tourism and want to get to know the real Italian life are in good hands with Eleonora. The place is worth every penny ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aaaaah la Vita Verde … This place is a beauty you don't suspect before you set foot there. Perched on a hill, surrounded by vegetation (olive trees, truffle oaks...), the estate offers a breathtaking panorama and a flawless tranquility. Here you don't feel cramped. The bedrooms have all the comforts you need (with small kitchen). The bedding is extremely comfortable. The infinity pool is extra and there too, everything is on site to enjoy wonderful moments. Our hosts are both present and discreet. Tamara knows how to unite and made us meet nice people (KRASSE!). Always available and kind that I enjoyed very much. A means of locomotion remains essential to enjoy all the pretty places (nearby or a little further) that wonderful Tuscany offers! Thank you Tamara & Roger for this enchanted break… Carole & Thierry

Waking up to this panorama every morning was a real highlight! The charm of the historic building is incomparable. Everything was very clean. We received a very good reception. The host is perfectly polyglot. The setting is sumptuous amid vineyards and olive trees. We also greatly enjoyed the pool in the hot weather. The villa is nicely decorated with tastes.

Our stay at la Vitaverde was very special. The property is located in the middle of beautiful Tuscany and is very quiet. If you are looking for an absolute place of rest, you are in the right place. We enjoyed the wonderful views and the great sunsets to the fullest. You could also relax perfectly by the pool. It was fantastic! The charm, the atmosphere and the rooms themselves were incredibly beautiful. Dear Tamara, we felt incredibly comfortable and would love to come back next year. If you want to see Tuscany at its best, you should definitely book this place. Everything was perfect.

We had a pleasant stay. We liked the communication with host Cesare the best – he always responded quickly and kindly. The place offered enough beds for our group (6 people) and was clean. The private parking with gate was particularly convenient – you felt safe. At first it was a bit cold because the heating and air conditioning were turned off, but after a short response, this was immediately regulated by Cesare. A small issue with one of the beds was also resolved twice quickly. There were a lot of towels available. It should be noted that liquid hand soap was missing. However, there was piece soap and enough shampoo, which was free. The host's family lives directly above the property, which was no problem for us – we were completely left alone. Only in the first two days the guard dogs barked stronger when we arrived and early in the morning.

We loved our stay at Paolo's place. The outside space, the garden and tranquility are wonderful. Paolo is the best host you can wish for. He helped us when we had some toubles with our car and even drove to the garage for us. He helped with getting wood when we like to make a little Bonfire at night. Our dog Bella was very welcome and became best friends with Paolo. The house is small but nice and has everything you need. We can really recommend it!

Stay at casa Bianca perfect for us. Peaceful and relaxing setting. Beautiful pool with a view. Very nice cottage perfectly equipped for families. Very welcoming and available host. We arrived late and Sari was there to wait for us. A big thank you, highly recommend.

Vanessa and her family are adorable and very welcoming . They also offer good advice to guide us in our visits. The Tuscany countryside is beautiful. There is everything in San Donato: restaurant, supermarket, butcher, cafe...within walking distance of the house. Siene , Florence and San Guimignano are not far away. The garden and swimming pool are very nice especially with 2 teenagers aged 13 and 16. Anyway, it was very good. 😀

Accommodation was good. Maria was very supportive. She was very helpful related to check in- check out times. Location is close to tram station. Overall, everything went well, I highly recommend Maria's apartment.

What a stunning location with magnificent views of the Apennine and Apuan mountains. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and every need had been thought of with a superbly equipped kitchen even down to a choice of milk frothers for your coffee and plenty of towels!! Swimming in the pool overlooking the wonderful view was a great way to simply relax, as was sitting on an evening watching storms rage in the distance listening to the Red Deer Stags’ rutting calls! The hosts Jacqui and Nick were very helpful and were there when needed but not when you didn’t! Lots of places to explore from here, the nearby town of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana is worth a visit to go to Osteria Vecchio Mulino where local foods are served - we were fed like kings ( No menu but just supplied with plates of delicious delights!) FIorence (by train), Pisa and Luca, Forte dei Marmi (the Italian go to resort by the sea) all worth a visit! Had a superb stay here and would highly recommend!!

We loved the quiet privacy in Mario's large garden and the huge pool, which was all ours. Mario and his wife are a nice, lovely couple and took really good care of us. Very helpful and friendly. Thank You for letting us stay in Your appartement! We may see us again in future. Anja & Sven
