Carlo is a great host. Although we had a little bit of a language barrier we managed perfectly and communication was very good. Great place for enjoying the Tuscany flair. We were 7 people staying at his house. Two things to remember (but manageable): There is only one bathroom and the kitchen is fairly small. We had a great time. Thanks again Carlo

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Damiano per qualche giorno e siamo stati molto bene. La casa era pulita, dotata di tutto il necessario che serve nel quotidiano ed inserita in un contesto molto carino. Damiano è stato un host super reattivo e gentile. Ci ha anche aiutato a risolvere un piccolo problema con l’automobile. Decisamente consiglio la sua sistemazione a chiunque passasse da quelle parti.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Silvana. Le logement est situé dans un endroit calme et apaisant. Très bien situé pour visiter la Toscane (Florence, San Gimignano, Lucques, Pise, Sienne...). La piscine est un vrai atout par ces chaleurs, nous avons pu en profiter tous les jours.

Il nostro soggiorno nella casa di Anna è stato meraviglioso… la casa corrisponde esattamente a quanto descritto. Anna ti fa sentire a casa, si prende cura di te, è una persona estremamente piacevole e accogliente. Ci ha dato consigli utilissimi sul luogo e sui ristoranti locali migliori. La casa è arredata i maniera unica, gli interni sono ricercati e ogni dettaglio non è assolutamente lasciato al caso. Che dire della colazione, buonissima con ottimi prodotti locali e un camino acceso a rendere l’atmosfera unica. Per noi è stato veramente un soggiorno memorabile , una delle migliori esperienze su Airbnb. Grazie Anna, continua così 🙏🏻

Marco è un host proattivo che ci ha accolto anche dopo l’orario di check-in per via del traffico autostradale. Disponibile e simpatico, il casale è molto grande, con amplio spazio parcheggio e ampio giardino con sedie tavoli sdraio e amache utilizzabili, la camera era molto spaziosa, molto spazioso e pulito anche il bagno. Posizione comoda per raggiungere in auto in poco tempo sia Pisa che Lucca. Consigliatissimo

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare al primo piano di questa villa poco fuori Lucca e non posso che consigliarlo. Gli host sono stati incredibilmente gentili e pazienti, accogliendomi nonostante il mio arrivo in ritardo e dimostrandosi sempre disponibili a verificare che tutto fosse di mio gradimento. La camera matrimoniale, spaziosa e luminosa, era dotata di un grande balcone. Il bagno, anch’esso ampio, era perfettamente attrezzato con shampoo e altri prodotti utili. La cura dei dettagli e l’attenzione degli host hanno reso il soggiorno molto piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chi cerca tranquillità e comfort vicino a Lucca!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Valentina ! Le Airbnb était encore plus grand et spacieux que sur les photos, ce qui a été une très belle surprise. Valentina et son mari ont été des hôtes extrêmement serviables et toujours à l'écoute de nos petits besoins. Leur accueil chaleureux a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L'emplacement, entouré de magnifiques champs de vignes, a vraiment ajouté une touche spéciale à notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner était simple mais efficace. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour visiter la Toscane!

Le logement correspond à la description. Il possède trois vraies chambres de belle surface. La grande cuisine qui est aussi le salon est parfaitement équipée avec un électroménager moderne et fonctionnel. Il est appréciable de ne pas se retrouver avec 5 fourchettes et 5 couteaux. Comme il a plu pendant notre séjour, nous avons apprécié la qualité du logement qui est très calme. En effet, la maison se trouve dans la campagne sans route voisine. A notre avis, une voiture est indispensable pour profiter pleinement de la région et de l'accès aux commerces: 1h30 de Florence et Sienne, un supermarché à 8-10 minutes. Le GPS n'est pas un luxe. Le Wifi a parfaitement fonctionné pendant tout le séjour. Notre hôte a répondu rapidement à nos interrogations. Elle est très sympathique. Sans que nous le demandions, elle avait installé une chaise pour la douche pour notre fille qui est à mobilité réduite. Il faut juste passer par la partie pelouse pavée plutôt que les graviers. Nous recommandons.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Giulia e Manuela in occasione del Lucca Comics. Siamo stati accolti da Manuela, gentilissima e disponibile sin da subito, fornendoci consigli anche prima dell'arrivo. L'appartamento in zona centrale all'interno delle mura era impeccabile in termini di pulizia, ben curato e accogliente, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Pozione ottima. Spazi comodi e ben organizzati. Manuela ha pensato davvero a tutto: abbiamo trovato una serie di comodità, come articoli da bagno, selezione di caffè, thè e snack , una cucina ben attrezzata e un piccolo balcone riparato incantevole. Manuela è stata un host eccezionale. Ha risposto rapidamente a ogni nostra domanda e si è dimostrata sempre disponibile per aiutarci a rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto, consentendoci anche di lasciare le valigie oltre gli orari di check in e check out. Consigliamo assolutamente questo appartamento a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza di qualità nel cuore della città!

Wir waren für einen Kurzaufenthalt bei Shara und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir konnten flexibel einchecken, Shara hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und trotz unserer späteren Anreise alles ausführlich gezeigt. Sogar der Kühlschrank im separaten Küchenwagen war fürs Frühstück bestens gefüllt. Shara hatte viele hilfreiche Tips für die Umgebung und uns bestens umsorgt. Wir könnten den Aufenthalt sehr genießen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke Shara!

Eleonoras Unterkunft verdient mehr als 5 Sterne. Die Lage ist traumhaft, ein wunderschöner Ausblick in die Natur und sehr ruhig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr, sehr sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht. Der Ausblick vom Bett aus ist traumhaft. Eleonora ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie stand mir mit Tipps und vielen Empfehlungen zur Seite. Sie hat mir in der Woche vieles gezeigt und ihr Dinner war hervorragend. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen, viel Natur und wunderschöne kleine Städte, die man erkunden kann. Was mir am besten gefallen hat, ist wie mein Hund empfangen wurde. Eleonora ist ein absoluter Tierfreund und wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wer Urlaub abseits vom Tourismus erleben möchte und das echte italienische Leben kennenlernen will, ist bei Eleonora bestens aufgehoben. Die Unterkunft ist jeden Cent wert ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aaaaah la Vita Verde … Cet endroit est d’une beauté qu’on ne soupçonne pas avant d’y mettre les pieds. Perché sur une colline, entouré de végétation (oliviers, chênes truffiers…), le domaine offre un panorama époustouflant et une tranquillité sans faille. Ici on ne se sent pas à l’étroit. Les chambres sont dotées de tout le confort nécessaire (avec petite cuisine). La literie est très confortable. La piscine à débordement est extra et là aussi, tout est sur place pour y savourer de merveilleux moments. Nos hôtes sont à la fois présents et discrets. Tamara sait fédérer et nous a fait faire de jolies rencontres (KRASSE !). Toujours disponible et d’une gentillesse que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Un moyen de locomotion reste indispensable pour profiter de tous les jolis endroits (à proximité ou un peu plus loin) qu’offre la merveilleuse Toscane ! I had a wonderful stay in the house. It is located in a place where you can feel the vibe of rural Tuscany. I really enjoyed the traditional, cosy style of the interior and had a browse through some old beautifully illustrated books by candlelight in the evening. During a stroll I discovered an olive garden nearby. I can truly recommend staying at this place :)

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft war einfach perfekt. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: ruhig, idyllisch und mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die toskanische Landschaft und das Meer. Jeden Morgen mit diesem Panorama aufzuwachen, war ein echtes Highlight! Der Charme des historischen Gebäudes ist unvergleichlich. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Apartments selbst sind modern und stilvoll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es wurde darauf geachtet, dass keine Wünsche offenbleiben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber, Tamara und Roger, die uns herzlich empfangen und mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt haben. Dank ihrer Empfehlungen haben wir großartige Restaurants und bezaubernde Dörfer entdeckt. Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft und den unvergesslichen und erholsamen Aufenthalt bei euch! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

What a stunning location with magnificent views of the Apennine and Apuan mountains. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and every need had been thought of with a superbly equipped kitchen even down to a choice of milk frothers for your coffee and plenty of towels!! Swimming in the pool overlooking the wonderful view was a great way to simply relax, as was sitting on an evening watching storms rage in the distance listening to the Red Deer Stags’ rutting calls! The hosts Jacqui and Nick were very helpful and were there when needed but not when you didn’t! Lots of places to explore from here, the nearby town of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana is worth a visit to go to Osteria Vecchio Mulino where local foods are served - we were fed like kings ( No menu but just supplied with plates of delicious delights!) FIorence (by train), Pisa and Luca, Forte dei Marmi (the Italian go to resort by the sea) all worth a visit! Had a superb stay here and would highly recommend!!

Tutto ottimo nel complesso, l'unico appunto l'insonorizzazione delle camere non è il massimo. Si sentoni chiaramente le stanze di fianco.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Am besten gefallen hat uns die Kommunikation mit Gastgeber Cesare – er hat immer schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Die Unterkunft bot genügend Betten für unsere Gruppe (6 Personen) und war sauber. Besonders praktisch war der private Parkplatz mit Tor – man fühlte sich sicher. Anfangs war es etwas kalt, da Heizung und Klima ausgeschaltet waren, aber nach kurzer Rückmeldung wurde das sofort durch Cesare geregelt. Auch ein kleines Problem mit einem der Betten wurde gleich zweimal schnell behoben. Es standen viele Handtücher zur Verfügung. Anzumerken ist, dass flüssige Handseife fehlte. Dafür gab es jedoch Stückseife und genügend Shampoo, was kostenlos war. Die Familie des Gastgebers wohnt direkt über der Unterkunft, was für uns kein Problem war – wir wurden komplett in Ruhe gelassen. Nur in den ersten zwei Tagen haben die Wachhunde bei unserer Ankunft und früh morgens stärker gebellt.

Прекрасное пространство ,с качественным ремонтом и новой мебелью,всё дышит свежестью и чистотой. Хозяйка дала подробные инструкции по заселению,было всё четко и просто(ориентация по фото великолепна!) Место соответствовало нашим желаниям.Провести время загородом ,в такой удобной локации,свежим воздухом,если вы на машине-это просто лучшая идея для путешествий. Мы обязательно вернемся!

Das Haus und der Garten waren sehr schön und komplett eingerichtet! In dieser Gegend braucht man definitiv ein Auto und man kann zu vielen tollen Attraktionen in der Gegend starten. Paolo ist ein toller Gastgeber und er hat mir bestens mit deinem Tips geholfen und konnte auch gut deutsch ;-) Leider ist die Aussicht durch die Bäume etwas versperrt, aber dafür sitzt man auf der Terrasse in einem schönen Garten - ein paar Meter weiter kann man den Sonnenuntergang und den Meerblick genießen. Das besondere an dieser Unterkunft ist die Nähe zum Meer sowohl auch zu den Bergen! Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Séjour à la casa Bianca parfait pour nous. Cadre reposant et paisible. Magnifique piscine avec vue. Très joli gîte parfaitement équipé pour les familles. Hôte très accueillante et disponible. Nous sommes arrivés tard et Sari était là pour nous attendre. Un grand merci, je recommande vivement.

Vanessa et sa famille sont adorables et très accueillants . Ils sont également de bon conseil pour nous guider dans nos visites. La campagne Toscane est magnifique. Il y a tout à San Donato : restaurant, supermarché, boucher, café...accessibles à pied de la maison. Siene , Florence et San Guimignano ne sont pas loin. Le jardin et la piscine sont très appréciables surtout avec 2 ado de 13 et 16 ans. Bref, c'était très bien 😀

Accommodation was good. Maria was very supportive. She was very helpful related to check in- check out times. Location is close to tram station. Overall, everything went well, I highly recommend Maria's apartment.

Séjour très agréable. Logement particulièrement propre et décoré avec soin. Hôte avenante et réactive. Je recommande fortement.
