An amazing villa with a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. A great location to explore everything Tuscany has to offer. And the large swimming pool is an amazing place to spend some time to relax with complete privacy. On top of that, Carlo is extremely friendly and always quick to answer any questions or give advice. Also it is really nice to see him take care of all the animals at the property. Would highly recommend this place, and would love to stay here again sometime.

Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in het appartement van Martin. Het is zeer compleet, mooi ingericht, heeft 2 goed werkende airco’s en goede bedden. Het is heerlijk vertoeven op de terrassen naast en achter het appartement. Het complex waar het appartement ligt, is ronduit prachtig. Overal prachtige uitzichten op de heuvels van Toscane en op Volterra. Wij hebben genoten van de drie zwembaden op het park. Host Joanna is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom: top vakantie!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Silvana. Le logement est situé dans un endroit calme et apaisant. Très bien situé pour visiter la Toscane (Florence, San Gimignano, Lucques, Pise, Sienne...). La piscine est un vrai atout par ces chaleurs, nous avons pu en profiter tous les jours.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare al primo piano di questa villa poco fuori Lucca e non posso che consigliarlo. Gli host sono stati incredibilmente gentili e pazienti, accogliendomi nonostante il mio arrivo in ritardo e dimostrandosi sempre disponibili a verificare che tutto fosse di mio gradimento. La camera matrimoniale, spaziosa e luminosa, era dotata di un grande balcone. Il bagno, anch’esso ampio, era perfettamente attrezzato con shampoo e altri prodotti utili. La cura dei dettagli e l’attenzione degli host hanno reso il soggiorno molto piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chi cerca tranquillità e comfort vicino a Lucca!

Logement malheureusement un peu loin du centre ville pour y aller à pied. Petite piscine bien agréable après une journée de découverte de la région. Joli jardin bien entretenu. Matteo et ses parents ont été très agréables et sympathiques. Bons conseils pour la visite de la région et pour les restaurants. La petite maison est séparée de l'habitation principale et donc très privée. Seul petit point négatif, la proximité de l'autoroute et le bruit (modéré) à l'extérieur sans aucune conséquence à l'intérieur de l'habitation. En résumé très bon séjour chez Matteo.

Authentic accomodation in a beautiful location and pool in Tuscany. Only 40 min drive to Florence. Had a great stay here.

La mia compagna, io e il nostro bimbo di tre anni e mezzo abbiamo soggiornato due notti al Cavallo Enquiso, in un appartamento semplice ma accogliente, circondato da una splendida campagna e dagli imponenti panorami delle Apuane. I cavalli della struttura e la sua prima cavalcata sotto la guida di Elisa, hanno reso, per il piccolo, questo soggiorno indimenticabile. Ampia possibilità di escursioni nei dintorni e con brevi spostamenti in auto. La cucina è piccola ma ben fornita, bagno sufficientemente comodo e ampia camera da letto; tutto corrisponde alla descrizione. Ci siamo trovati bene e probabilmente torneremo in un futuro weekend.

I very much enjoyed staying at Cristina's place. It's a little out of the tourist path but still very close to major attractions and I walked everywhere. The apartment was just as described, no surprises. The mattress is super comfortable which made a huge difference after long days of walking. Checking the map and reading other reviews I knew that there is was a restaurant and a bar downstairs, so I brought earplugs. The noise was not excessive, just a din of conversation and laughter, nothing too rowdy, but the earplugs definitely helped! Overall, I'm happy with my stay and would definitely stay again at Cristina's!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux chez Tamara et Roger dans leur magnifique maison toscane. Le cadre était idyllique, entouré de verdure et baigné dans une tranquillité parfaite. L’accueil de Tamara et Roger était chaleureux et attentionné, ils ont fait tout leur possible pour que notre séjour soit mémorable. Nous avons eu la chance de goûter leur délicieuse huile d’olive maison, une véritable pépite ! Leurs recommandations locales étaient également précieuses et nous ont permis de découvrir des endroits authentiques. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation et espérons avoir l’occasion d’y revenir un jour 🥰

Wir waren für einen Kurzaufenthalt bei Shara und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir konnten flexibel einchecken, Shara hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und trotz unserer späteren Anreise alles ausführlich gezeigt. Sogar der Kühlschrank im separaten Küchenwagen war fürs Frühstück bestens gefüllt. Shara hatte viele hilfreiche Tips für die Umgebung und uns bestens umsorgt. Wir könnten den Aufenthalt sehr genießen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke Shara!

Alloggio pulito e ordinato, host super amichevole e disponibile. Ristoranti e supermercato nei dintorni, fermate dei bus e tramvia vicini.

Eleonoras Unterkunft verdient mehr als 5 Sterne. Die Lage ist traumhaft, ein wunderschöner Ausblick in die Natur und sehr ruhig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr, sehr sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht. Der Ausblick vom Bett aus ist traumhaft. Eleonora ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie stand mir mit Tipps und vielen Empfehlungen zur Seite. Sie hat mir in der Woche vieles gezeigt und ihr Dinner war hervorragend. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen, viel Natur und wunderschöne kleine Städte, die man erkunden kann. Was mir am besten gefallen hat, ist wie mein Hund empfangen wurde. Eleonora ist ein absoluter Tierfreund und wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wer Urlaub abseits vom Tourismus erleben möchte und das echte italienische Leben kennenlernen will, ist bei Eleonora bestens aufgehoben. Die Unterkunft ist jeden Cent wert ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Das Anwesen Vitaverde hat für uns alles was wir brauchen um schnell runter zu kommen und uns wohl zu fühlen: ruhige Umgebung, tolle Natur (hoffentlich bleibt sie auch weiterhin so bestehen) und Landschaft, es riecht auch so gut dort, 😊 der Blick aufs Meer … Viele Ausflugsziele sind gut erreichbar: Pisa, Florenz, das Meer, … tolle Radtouren sind hier möglich und es gibt total süsse Restaurants. Tamara und Roger sind total nett und hilfsbereit. Schön sie kennen gelernt zu haben.

Casa veramente graziosa e pulita, in collina, zona tranquillissima...Accoglienza impeccabile. Spazi ampi e luminosi. Abbiamo gradito la disposizione su un unico piano senza scale e apprezzato la piscina ben tenuta. Per noi questa prenotazione dell'ultimo minuto è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Da ripetere!

Wir verbrachten eine wundervolle Woche! Wir haben uns in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten und super ausgestatteten Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei dem fantastischen Panorama über die Hügel der Toscana, einen Weitblick bis zum Meer und bis nach Pisa konnten wir super entspannen. Von Tamara bekamen wir gute Tipps und Empfehlungen zu Ausflügen in die nähere Umgebung. Vielen Dank an die beiden Gastgeber Tamara und Roger. Wir können das La Vitaverde wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Siamo stati benissimo. Host super attento alle nostre esigenze. Casa accogliente e in posizione splendida sia per Firenze che per il Chianti.

We had a great stay. We arrived late and luckily after a long journey we were able to cross the street and have a delicious meal there. I would definitely recommend the accommodation, but keep in mind that on Monday the restaurant across the street is having a party, and that you may experience some noise pollution. For those who are not deep sleepers this can be a problem. Fortunately, we were not bothered by it much. The accommodation is well located, we went to Pisa the first day and Vinci the second day. Thanks for your hospitality Benedetta!

Quel accueil chaleureux et bienveillant,Grazie mile Cesare Adelaide e vostra famiglia! Un logement agréable pour découvrir les cinque terre tout en se reposant sur la terrasse, dans le jardin, et même profiter de la piscine. Idéal pour laisser les enfants s’amuser en toute sécurité :-) Merci pour le prêt des vélos pour aller à Sarzana encore plus vite qu’à pieds, situation idéale pour les fans de culture et de marche dans un bel environnement, avec des transports en communs accessibles à pied et bien renseignés par nos hôtes. Bref… nous serions bien resté.es quelques jours de plus !

La chambre était sublime et d’une propreté impeccable tout comme les espaces publiques, qui au passage sentait super bon! Parking en face très facile de se garer L’hôte a fourni des instructions claire et était facilement joignable , encore merci à vous c’était parfait !

We loved our stay at Paolo's place. The outside space, the garden and tranquility are wonderful. Paolo is the best host you can wish for. He helped us when we had some toubles with our car and even drove to the garage for us. He helped with getting wood when we like to make a little Bonfire at night. Our dog Bella was very welcome and became best friends with Paolo. The house is small but nice and has everything you need. We can really recommend it!

Beautiful place in the middle of nature, nice pool, secluded but close enough to shops that you can get groceries. Our first day we didn’t have groceries so sari called up simonetta who owns the closest shop and drove us to her shop which was opened just for us to have food for the night! She drove us to and from the train station for us to get back to the airport; truly the most accommodating host you could ask for. She speaks perfect English and Italian, too. Well built house with thick walls - even though there were other guests during our stay we hardly saw or heard anybody else, other than sari if we needed her help.

Vanessa et sa famille sont adorables et très accueillants . Ils sont également de bon conseil pour nous guider dans nos visites. La campagne Toscane est magnifique. Il y a tout à San Donato : restaurant, supermarché, boucher, café...accessibles à pied de la maison. Siene , Florence et San Guimignano ne sont pas loin. Le jardin et la piscine sont très appréciables surtout avec 2 ado de 13 et 16 ans. Bref, c'était très bien 😀

If I could have stayed longer, I would have. An amazing place with stunning views, super peaceful and with a couple of nice restaurants and a pasticceria within a 15 min walk radius. I was fortunate enough to have been able to use Benedetta's office with really fast internet by Elon Musk and incredible views. One day we will be back!

Das Zimmer sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-in lief reibungslos und die Vermieterin hat schnell geantwortet. Es war alles sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Gegend ist ruhig und schön. Obwohl wir relativ spät waren, konnten wir im Restaurant gegenüber noch etwas essen. Auch das ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
