Great stay and a great host!

This was a perfect place for us. Centrally located. Walkable to everything. Loved it. Would stay here again.

Can definitely recommend this apartment. What we loved was the short walk from the train station and the short walk to all the attractions of Florence. And the view is outstanding, loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sites. Perfect for a couple for a weeklong stay.

Very beautiful, large property in a rural location. Beautifully landscaped, well-kept garden. You could park right next to the ground floor apartment, which was great. Apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. Everything we needed was available. Silvia and Gianni are very nice. Gianni took us on a tour of the grounds and we got to meet his animals. 😊Chickens, rabbits, pigeons, 3 small dogs. Everything very well cared for.

Excellent place to stay, on a lovely vineyard! My family and I loved staying here. The space was comfortable, and check in was easy. It’s close to a local wine tasting at La Sala Del Torriano and a spa (Villa I Barronci Resort & Spa), both of which we would highly recommend! It’s also only 30 min away from Florence! Excellent location with an unbeatable view.

There’s something very special about this home and its surroundings. It’s both serene and spiritual. A charming old farmhouse, with the most beautiful greenery all around it, (many olive and fig trees) and stone pathways to lead your way. Beatrice is so helpful and sweet. She is lovely to talk to. She is available when needed, yet allows you privacy. She also let us have the opportunity for a late check out. Getting to Florence from the home is a 35-45 minute drive, but there are many surrounding towns that Beatrice helps you to navigate. If ever I return, this will be where I stay. Thank you Beatrice!

We've stayed at this apartment for 3 nights and it was the best experience we had throughout our whole trip in Italy for 2 weeks. We literally felt like home. Location is perfect, very quiet, convenient to walk or to go by bus. Some shops and cafes nearby. There're everything that's needed inside the flat, exactly as it's states in description. We'd love to stay here again if we return to Florence

We absolutely loved our stay at Andrea’s apartment, these are the highlights: 1. the host: Andrea is a fantastic host. He’s super friendly, excellent communication, flexible with check in and a bunch of great recommendations. Couldn’t ask for any more from a host! 2. Location: great location, perfect neighbourhood with great bars and cafes and supermarkets (away from the busy tourist areas but close enough to walk) 3. The apartment itself: everything you need, lovely balcony, very comfortable bed, clean, spacious. Overall, we would highly reccomend Andrea’s apartment for your stay in Florence, absolutely perfect!

We had a lovely stay in this spotless elegant apartment in the centre of the old part of Lucca. Good wifi, kitchen well equipped. Communication with Salvatore was excellent. We had a problem identifying the location of the keysafe from Salvatore’s directions and his photograph (the keysafe is locked to a pipe about 1.5m to the left of the front door) but after a few texts back and forth it was resolved! This is a delightful apartment and we would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in old Lucca.

We had a lovely stay at Torre Rossa early September. We were without car so walked the long driveway to the bus for outings to Florence and managed to get taxis easily back. The pool was great with gorgeous view of Florence. Our 3 year old enjoyed the cubby house and toys.

Our stay here was excellent! This apartment is in a superb location near Santa Croce church and the Arno- walk to shops and food. My family and I stayed for 9 nights in mid Nov with our 2 kids, and the grandparents. We lucked out with mostly sunny & chilly weather. Yelena met us at checkin & was incredibly helpful in walking us through the huge apartment, explaining & answering all our questions. Conad grocery store just below us on the same block has everything to cook a quick dinner at home of pasta and veggies for the kids. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a dinner. Beds very comfortable. The apt was higher end than most Airbnbs. And it was much nicer than the other places we stayed in Italy and where our other family members were staying. Superb! I felt like I was staying in a relatives beautiful apartment. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the team at Acacia for making our trip easy and special!

The accommodation was as comfortable as my home, and it was perfectly equipped from kitchen utensils to towel toiletries, and if you have a car, you can also park your personal free parking. Simone took great care of us before check-in and welcomed us so much. He was really kind even until the checkout. Luggage storage was also possible in advance. The big supermarket is also right near the house, so you can use it conveniently, and the bus and tram going out to the city are just around the corner from the house. I would definitely recommend this place if you are coming to Florence. Finally, we are very grateful for Simone's kindness.

We had a wonderful stay. Chiara was very friendly and gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit. The accommodation is lovely and the surrounding garden is perfect for relaxing in the evening. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Casa Nel Bosco was wonderful. Especially our dear friend Marco was the highlight of our trip and we made friends for life. Thanks to Alessandro for the wonderful accomodation. Will be back!

Patrizia’s home was very spacious and rustic. Great base camp to see the surrounding areas and great amenities nearby.

We had a great time in this house that I recommend 100%. The bedding is of good quality, the environment is peaceful Perfect for resting well during the holidays The accommodation is conveniently located for visiting Pisa and Florence, and Alessia's advice for getting there by car was perfect

Veronica’s house is incredible. Stayed there as a family of 6- and plenty of space. The view is like something out of a painting! The pictures don’t do it justice. The hot tub was a huge plus! The location so peaceful. Veronica was very easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great visit!

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

I had a wonderful stay at Louise Virginia Anna’s Airbnb! The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was convenient and peaceful, and Louise was a kind and responsive host. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Sara's house is beautiful, I went alone, but it's perfect for families, you feel at home. For lovers of the countryside, it's the ideal place. It is not advisable to arrive on foot. The last stretch is not suitable for pedestrians. Sara was always available to answer my questions and solve any unforeseen issues, they were very kind to me. On the property there is an olive grove and they make a delicious olive oil. The house has everything we need. A very peaceful atmosphere. recommended 100%
