This place was amazing! The Airbnb was one of the best parts of our trip, from dancing down the arched hallway to having a peaceful morning tea on the terrace. This place exceeded our expectations, and I'd recommend it to anyone. The view is simply amazing, and the location is very convenient. I will say, if you are not fond of stairs, maybe this place isn't for you. Emanuele was very responsive, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. He gave us local recommendations and everything. It was such a great place, and I hope to come back in the future. Make sure you sign the journal on the way out!

We had a great time, the apartment was comfortable, the location was beautiful. The swimming pool was perfect, clean en perfect temperature. There was WIFI, the connection was not always stable, but not problematic when you’re not watching films or videos. I would recommend when you are looking for a quiet holiday and going on a few daytrips here and there to Florence, Siena, Lucca and Volterra

We loved staying here, Giulio's place was lovely. It had an old-time feel to it, and the terrace was very nice with the little orange trees. Our couch bed wasn't made up because we didn't notify him in advance that we'd need it, so be sure to let him know if you're going to be utilizing it. The neighborhood is quiet and isn't far from many of the important areas of Florence, with some terrific restaurants nearby. Giulio is a great host, and even helped us with an issue we had -- free of charge -- where many other hosts would have used it to get more money.

A good place to rest easy. Far from tourist traffic. Only local people, local eateries in neighboring villages. Minus or plus far to main roads, lots of serpentines. You definitely need to stock the nearest store about 15 minutes by car. Super pool - clean, well-maintained, and I recommend this place.

fantastic location just a 10 minute walk from the duomo - with wonderful restaurants and shops between the city center and this airbnb. we especially loved the outdoor patio and spacious living room which allowed a comfortable area to exercise (the first airbnb on our five week trip allowed so!). guilia left great recommendations and was super responsive. this is a lively area, so bring a pair of earplugs if you are a light sleeper and it happens to be a busy weekend evening.

House that has the charm of old Italian houses. Clean, as described separately for the dishwasher that is not present. Small downside for the top couch which is very hard. It's difficult to sleep there and we alternated so that it is not always the same person who sleeps there.

Excellent cottage, the owners are very welcoming and very nice, the sea view is better than in the photos, the place benefits from a micro-climate hence this green vegetation paradise with birdsong . Lots to see in the area. Many thanks to Mauro ( who speaks good French) as well as his wife , Luca and David. GRAZIE MILLE. We hope to come back because we still have a lot to see. We can only give 5 stars to the stay in this beautiful home. We were 8 people plus a little dog and we all had a great time! As soon as we arrived at the accommodation we were enchanted by the beauty of the landscape that stretched out before us from 😍 the garden. Once we entered the house we were amazed by the beauty of the accommodation, which the photos do not give the right value. We were immediately greeted by Mohito, the neighbor's dog, and they were all super nice to us. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful, clean and well-maintained villa. Equipped with everything. Very nice and well organized outdoor green area and swimming pool. A great solution for those who want to spend time with friends and family in maximum relaxation and privacy. Very kind, helpful and nice owners. Highly recommended.

We really had a wonderful stay. The host welcomed us incredibly warmly and immediately recorded an entire plan for things to do and hidden gems. The kitchen is really WELL equipped. The only small drawback, the mattresses are unfortunately very saggy and you should ventilate a lot, as it is very humid in the lower room due to the shower. Still, this place is HIGHLY recommended !! It was great

Absolutely stunning cottage in the middle of the mountains. We needed a location close enough to Florence but able to reach some other day trip destinations. The picturesque location was remarkable and beyond the photos. The hosts Luigi and Desiree were incredibly hospitable and anticipated our needs. For sure the hike up and down from the AirBnb is not insignificant. It is a hard hike up. It was fine for our family but important to know. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in the mountains of Tuscany!

This is a beautiful villa! We enjoyed the easy trip into Florence each day and even happened upon a Renaissance Festival in San Casciano. We came home each night to soak in the Tuscan scenery and relax at the villa. It was a perfect stay thanks to Rose and Pier!

Wonderful place to stay during Tuscany trip. The views are even better than the pictures suggest. Pool and the area around it was great. Host was very kind and helpful. The apartament was as described- rustic style, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, shower, hair dryer, bidet, towels. Easy parking. We stayed here for 4 nigts. Around 50min drive from Florence and the same from Pisa.

Very welcoming host and clean accommodation with fenced garden ideal for our dog. Perfect location for Cinque Terre and Pisa The house is spacious ideal for large families Quite quiet even if in this spring the maintenance of the hedges and lawns was done around 8 a.m. I would highly recommend it.

Raffaella was positively attentive to every aspect, question and need we had. Asso’s place is charming, beautifully furnished, located in the best area with the fabulous view of the duomo!!! We can’t say enough about how much we love the apartment. It really was like being in our own home in beautiful Florence 💯 Thank you!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. It was clean, comfortable and Lorenzo was an extremely gracious host. He was responsive and very flexible and accommodating. Lorenzo provided maps of Florence, and recommendations for restaurants. We had a lovely stay. It is within walking distance to the train station, and all of the historic city sites. The only thing to consider is that the apartment overlooks the summer market. If your group is sensitive to noise, it may be something you would want to consider. On the positive side, we were able to enjoy the beautiful music in the evenings while we enjoyed out cocktails. I would recommend this apartment and Lorenze as host.

We spent a week in Martinas apartment and had a perfect stay. It's close to the station, which allowed trips to Siena and Lucca. It's just outside the most touristy area but still within a 10-15 min walk to everything in Florence. The cosy street has good restaurants and sandwich joints visited by locals and at reasonable prices lower than the city center. It was a nice secure feeling in the late evening to enter the closed area and the apartment. Supermarket just around the corner. Martina's instructions were very clear. People mention some noise from the hoster next door. We did not experience any of that. We would come back next time we are in Florence.

We loved our stay at Marella’s Airbnb. Great location, we walked everywhere. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by. Very peaceful at night out on the terrace. Marella left lots of information and recommendations that were very helpful. Definitely recommend!

We had the most fabulous time at Federico’s place, it was just perfect, so clean and a truly amazing location

My parents and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Patrizia's place. We stayed there for a total of 10 days and it was absolutely incredible! When we arrived Patrizia met us at the apartment with champagne and a Christmas cake. She gave us a tour, showed us a map of the city, gave us restaurant recommendations, tourist attractions etc. Her place was decorated for the holiday's and we immediately felt at home upon arrival. Throughout our stay Patrizia would periodically check in to see how we were doing. The place was homey, clean, and better than the photos. The kitchen was perfect, there were two bathrooms and the beds were comfy. We were less than a 15 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. It was central, but also in a less touristy part of the city, which we enjoyed. Every morning we went to a bakery she recommended, Pasticceria Nencioni and had a pastry/coffee. When we would return home at night we would watch Netflix on the couch. Can't recommend it enough! Thanks Patrizia!
