Monthly Rentals in Lombard Street Reservoir

Jeff's place is amazing. A gorgeous view of the Bay, private gardens and seating areas, and very quiet. It's hard to believe you're in a big city. Walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and Aquatic Park...plus a beautiful walk therough the Presidio to Fort Mason and the Marina. And easy walk to North Beach, one of SF's most iconic neighborhoods. Jeff is available to meet every need from help with monthly neighborhood parking passes (street parking is a breeze...I always found a space within, at most, a block from the apartment.) When I noticed some coffee mugs were stained, within hours there were new mugs on my porch. And the porch is a lovely place to sit and read. He's friendly, courteous and always available. Anyone who rents this place is very lucky. It's a rarity and a gem?

We had a wonderful stay! We were here for a month and absolutely loved the view from the big window in the living room, of the Bay and Golden Gate Bridge. It's even better than in the pictures. The apartment was exactly as pictured, and the wifi worked well for working from home. We appreciated that Jennifer was very friendly and welcoming, gave us helpful tips about the area, and even helped us in our apartment rental search.

This is truly a gem in the beautiful neighborhood of Russian Hill! It’s peaceful, has everything you’d need, and the back garden is such a rare treat to have for an apartment in SF. Cecile is a wonderful host, and responded to any issues right away (even from France!). I’d highly recommend this lovely home!

I spent one month at Ursula place and I really enjoyed it. The apartment is in a nice and lively location but at the same time very quiet. Kitchen well equipped with everything needed for cooking. The host has been helpful multiple times and was always extremely responsive. Recommended!
