Great host that is very accommodating, easy to get to, and excellent amenities for a longer stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet with great views, good food, and affordable transportation nearby.

Michelle is a great host and the cottage was lovely! The garden is gorgeous and there are lots of places to relax outside. I felt very welcome and taken care of! It was not an issue for me at all, but the location is a little ways out from the action and there is not a lot close by. On the plus side, it’s relatively quiet, cozy, and relaxing! I enjoyed the hot tub both mornings I was there! Overall , a very pleasant experience!

Amazing home, with lots of space -more then expected- well equipped kitchen, all we could wish for making dinner, cozy beds and comfortable living area. Pool was great, calm neighbourhood, but car is necessary to shop groceries or visit restaurants. Communication was quick and easy. We will come back!

Rumesha’s place felt like home and was very clean! It was such a convenient location, accessible to yummy restaurants and the Golden gate park which was a nice walk. The bathroom was spotless with a relaxing shower. And the bed and linen were super comfortable. Also Rumesha’s mother was so welcoming and friendly! We definitely be back next visit to SF.

WHAT A GEM, INDEED! Deb & Jim have created a lovely & peaceful private space below their charming home. Quiet, well appointed private space with access to their shared back yard. SO SWEET. Located on a small muse type street just blocks from the bustling Valencia corridor & Dolores Park. A 10 minute walk to both Mission BART stops. Literally 100s of wonderful restaurants, bars & theatres within blocks. Tartine Bakery & Bi Rite Ice cream are about a 4 minute walk :) YUM Lovely people, very friendly with so many thoughtful touches. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Also - We had missed when booking that the living room converted to the sleeping room with a custom Murphy bed. IT WAS SO COMFORTABLE & easy to use. We slept like babes every night.

Christine was super helpful and a very communicative host; she responded to any questions within minutes. The location was great for exploring the Presidio. We were still on east coast time so it was a bit noisy for us upstairs when we (family of four) were trying to fall asleep in the 7-10pm PCT timeframe but that was tiny compared to the overall experience: clean, communicative, kind, good location, helpful with parking. Would stay here again!
