There are books and movies available free WiFi and lots of room to spread out. You will be my only guests so you get my full attention. This is a lovely home to stay in for those looking to explore the Bay Area. It is a quintessential Mill Valley house near Mt.Tamalpais, Stinson Beach, and San Francisco. It is a short walk to the village where there are shops, restaurants and theaters. Hiking trails are nearby. The house is located on a hillside and there are quite a few stairs . There is a studio apartment downstairs where I sometimes stay there with my poodle, Gigi.

My friends and I stayed at Nick’s place for my bachelorette party this past weekend. It was exactly as pictured and was perfect for our large group! It’s in a super walkable area and right next to Mission Delores park. Nick was able to accommodate our requests such as easy check in and made the trip amazing! Highly highly recommend staying here.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here and would happily stay here again! From a safe neighborhood, to a spotless home, to freshly filled hot tub, to the well-stocked towels and beddings, to welcoming gathering spaces, to the private back yard and bedrooms...not to mention all the design and personal touches that make this house feel like a home! This home is restorative and relaxing as could be. I could go on and on. Everything we needed was here. And any shopping we needed was just a block away. We hiked nearby trails about ten minutes away like the Lafayette Reservoir and Lafayette Moraga tail every day. I couldn't imagine a more perfect fit. Honestly, it was hard to leave. Thank you Amy!

Pamela’s place is perfect for a couple who want privacy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was also amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and had lots of extras. The private patio was a super super plus in the city. Also safe free parking was a plus here which is difficult to find in the city so we suggest just leaving your car and taking a Lyft, uber or even renting a scooter. We enjoyed every minute of our time here and would love to stay again.

I lived staying with Frankie and her wonderful family! I was her tenant for quite awhile and anything that I needed Frankie and her family were there to assist. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet also the people in the neighborhood are very friendly. You are near everything such as restaurants, the Bart and gas stations you are a quick drive from Hayward this place was just a dream I would have definitely been a long term tenant if it weren’t for school. If you are looking at this place to rent trust me rent it! It truly is a gem 💎 Thank you ms Frankie for everything you have done for me I truly am grateful

Very nice ADU in a great part of Oakland. Convenient to main roads and restaurants etc. would stay here again. Stayed for a whole week and felt at home. The place was fully furnished and had convenient amenities like table/desk, places to charge your phone etc. very clean as well.

Great home with everything you'd need for an awesome stay. Good location near the highways. Awesome deck with a gorgeous view. Parking was plentiful on the long driveway as well as on the street. Check in was super easy. Being pet friendly was also a big plus. Highly recommended.

Pamela made it easy to find with detailed instructions and was very friendly with communication during our stay. The window view image does not do the views justice...incredible sunrises and beautiful foggy views. We enjoyed sitting on the private deck. There were lots of extras like the bed is adjustable and Pamela went above and beyond with snacks and drinks. This place met all of our needs. It comes highly recommended if you can handle the steep drive and steps. We felt very safe in her beautiful location.

It’s was so cute, clean and tidy. We read that it had been renovated recently and obviously care was taken in selecting finishes and furniture. This was a weekend trip not far from home, and it was so nice to have a quiet, cozy place to return to at night. We will be back.
