Vacation rentals with breakfast in San Francisco

I would recommend SF visitors/families to stay at Raj's place. The location in Lower Pacific Heights was great. Very nice and safe street with classic Victorian homes all around. Easy and free street parking within 1-2 blocks in all directions. The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths worked perfectly for my family. The kitchen was full of amenities including a Nespresso coffee machine which we enjoyed each morning. In-unit washer and dryer also enabled us to pack light. The only oddity is that the backyard is used as a day-care facility, presumably operated from the garden apartment. So at times, the common/shared backyard had a bunch of toddlers and day care workers running around having fun. It didn't bother us because we were at home during the daytime so rarely, but just a heads up to anyone who plans to spend a lot of time in the house during the day.

Absolutely loved our stay! The house is a feast for the eyes—every room is filled with unique and thoughtful artwork that made it feel more like a gallery than a rental. The beds were incredibly comfortable (we all slept like rocks), and the host left clear, helpful instructions for everything from check-in to the coffee maker. Speaking of which, the coffee in the fridge was unexpectedly great—a rare and welcome touch. Highly recommend this place for anyone who appreciates comfort with a creative flair!

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Felt right at home…very clean, cozy, and well-stocked. The Japanese-inspired decor was one of a kind. The location was within walking distance of quaint cafes, the weekend farmers market, and great restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

It's clear why this airbnb has so many glowing reviews. It's really that wonderful. Steps to the beach, beautiful kitchen, fully enclosed deck and yard, super comfortable beds and lux linens. Cozy, clean, stylish, warm. A dream. We will hope to return.

A perfect space for large families. Had a great time exploring the neighborhood, garage was an added perk.

We enjoyed staying at Denis’s place. It was located near where we wanted to be in the city in Bernal heights. The views are very nice and the space is beautiful inside with comfortable beds and a nice kitchen. Parking is a little tough but we were able to park within a block. We would stay again.

I don’t even think there are words to describe just how peaceful and romantic this place is. We arrived after driving over 3 hrs from Carmel (where we stayed first) and within 15 minutes we were in the hot tub. The bed was super comfortable as well. But the best part of the stay was just going outside and seeing all the beautiful trees and all the areas to sit and enjoy just being there. I never imagined I could stay somewhere like here lol and to do it on my honeymoon was just perfect. We had everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast in the kitchen and also to grill some steaks outside. I had one tiny question the whole time and the host replied immediately. I would definitely heed the warnings if you aren’t from the area or used to driving mountain roads to arrive during daylight. The single lane road there can be a bit difficult the first time getting there. But way worth it! Mill Valley is a beautiful town but you’ll really have no reason to leave once you get here lol

Great little place right near family we were visiting. Walkable to lots of good restaurants and cute stores!

My daughter and I spend an evening in the city. Luxury Bookings Fze was a wonderful, safe and hospitable location to sleep and relax after visiting parks, museums, dining and exploring. Thank you!

Great place to stay for a few nights. Shared bathroom was always clean and kitchen always had some snacks. Host check in instructions were super clear.

If you’ve ever wanted to experience Sausalito, Erika’s place is the spot to do it! My husband and I loved staying here!! Every morning you smell the YUMMY bakery downstairs and have such a killer view. Easy to walk around and explore! We stayed and were able to do San Fran and Napa/Sonoma exploration on top of Sausalito and staying here made our trip!! Parking can be challenging, but fortunately Erika has a parking pass that can help with navigating street parking. We didn’t have much of an issue finding a spot most of the time! Great place to stay if you’re passing through OR looking for a scenic getaway! Erika is equally fabulous and was a wonderful and incredibly personable host. This truly made our trip!!!

Joe and Katrina's apartment was a good fit for the two of us. An ideal location--right on Broadway and marvelously close to Columbus with its restaurants and shops. And a manageable walk to the waterfront. Being of the third floor was a bit of a climb but then the roof was right above us and easily accessible. The living area with the kitchen right there was handy. The two bedrooms are down the hall so sound did not carry. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of impressive amenities. We weren't short of anything. The rooms are. cleverly decorated. Katrina was welcoming, informative, and responsive. We should gladly stay here again.

A cozy, quiet spot, close enough to everything, appointed and clean and fun enough to be a destination in and of itself. Three very different adults and a unique, picky 9yo all loved it. And Stephen was both helpful and hands-off when appropriate.

This was our second stay at Gigi's, and you'd be hard pressed to find better accommodations. Clean, homey, comfortable, best coffee/breakfast in SF. We love all the books and SF artwork throughout. Looking forward to staying again!

Our stay here was wonderful. Jeannie and Skate are the nicest people and were so helpful during our stay. The two cats are very sweet and were so great to spend time with. We loved our time here!

My stay with Bruce and Alfredo was truly exceptional; they are hands down the best hosts I've ever encountered. Their accommodating and communicative approach was clear even before my arrival. The home is beyond beautiful - from the amazing gardening to the thoughtfully decorated interior, you'll really enjoy your time here. Whether you need to get some work done, or just want to relax, there's plenty of space to do just that. The location is amazing too! The neighborhood is beautiful and tranquil, but there is plenty to do in walking distance or a quick ride on Muni. Beyond the wonderful setting, Bruce and Alfredo's kindness shone through. I genuinely enjoyed our conversations, and their presence made my stressful move to the city significantly smoother. Their excellent restaurant recommendations were an added perk! For anyone seeking a serene retreat in a gorgeous home with truly outstanding hosts, Bruce and Alfredo are the perfect choice.

It was truly a pleasure to stay at Sarah and Pankaj's place — it was a serene little oasis, and the perfect place to rest up for a day's adventures. I was lucky enough to get to see and chat with both Sarah and Pankaj, who were kind and generous with recommendations. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone who is looking to stay in a residential area of SF. It felt like coming home every night in the best possible way.

Room and apartment clean and beautifully decorated. Central and quiet location. Shops and good restaurants in walking distance. Good connection to public transport. Great and caring hosts. Nice chats, excellent and thoughtful tips. The complementary breakfast was a good start in the day. We loved the three cats. We would rent again.
