SEA VIEWS & SOUND OF WAVES "wifi"

Greetings from Cubelles!! This is an apartment provided with excellent sea views, located in front of the sea! It has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds wich can be put together to get one double bed, in the living there is a confortable sofa which turns into a double bed. The marriage bedroom disposes of directs views towards the sea and views towards the people walking on the maritime path. The bathroom has got a bath and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave-oven and other necessary tools for you to use during your stay in our apartment! The kitchen is directly linked to the living room, where we find an amazing folding leather sofa and a Led TV of 42 pulgates connected to a sunny terrace with unbeatable sea views! Its situation is unimprovable, seeing that below 100 metres, we find supermarkets, an apotheke and restaurants. The train station is at about just 10 minutes walking, so it's not far! If you want to travel by train to Barcelona, there are 45 minutes from Cubelles to BCN, and you can catch a train every 30 minutes. You may want to go to Sitges; the ride will take you 15 minutes and moreover, you can also travel to Tarragona or Port Aventura! This will take you 1 hour more or less. Only remember that each train passes every 30 minutes!!! My apartment has a free parking available with enough space for a car. EQUIPMENT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE • TV 42 " (inches), LED screen, high definition (HD). • Satellite ASTRA with interactive WI-FI, high definition (HD), you can browse a multitude of channels in multiple languages, and 8 channels of CANAL+. • Blue-ray DVD player. • WI -Fi high speed. • Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron , etc. Kitchen tools, saucepans, pots, dishes and all kind of cutleries (knives, forks and spoons). • Heating. • Washing machine • Linen and fresh towels for the required number of guests, and a hairdryer too. • Gel , shampoo , dish soap, toilet paper, etc. When you book we email you directions from the airport to the apartment from either the train or bus. ESTUPENDO APARTAMENTO A 100 M DE LA PLAYA

Apartamento encantador reformado en mayo 2017. Idealmente situado a fuera de las zonas turisticas de mucha afluencia. A menos de 100M de la playa, cerca de beachclubs, del puerto y de centros comerciales. Para pasar unos días de tranquilidad al sol, playa y bien estar. El piso dispone de bellas vistas de su terrassa orientada sud este, donde se puede comer al sol, descansar en el salon exterior. El interior esta decorado particularmente co gusto, muy sobrio y confortable. Un encanto para todos.

El Apartamento está ubicado en pleno centro urbano de l'Ametlla de Mar justo encima de la playa principial de la población, l'Alguer. Es muy soleado y totalmente exterior y se pueden disfrutar de unas preciosas vistas de la playa, el paseo marítimo y el mar. Es un segundo piso sin ascensor y consta de baño, cocina equipada y tres habitaciones: una doble de matrimonio, una doble con litera y una individual. El edificio posee un aparcamiento para uso de los vecinos pero sin plaza reservada.
