Your family will have everything within walking distance in this completely renovated accommodation, located in the heart of the town and very close to the beach. Everything you may need is less than a 2-minute walk away (supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery/pastry shop, ice cream parlor, restaurants, bars, terraces...). Wake up with sea views

Hello :) Do you like bright, quiet and comfortable houses? With sea views? Good, then keep reading. Our house is in a private complex in Pino Alto, 2' from the beach and less than 10' walk from L'Hospitalet de l'Infant. When you wake up, from bed, you see the sea. That could be the best thing in the house, but there is more. (I'll tell you below). SOMETHING IMPORTANT: In the house there is a portable air conditioner that works very well, but there is no central air conditioning.

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset.
