A wonderfully renovated old cottage on the edge of Arredondo. You have a wonderful view of the mountains when they are free of clouds or simply watch the clouds play on the mountain peaks. The covered terrace is ideal for an outdoor breakfast or dinner. We used it every day of the week to simply enjoy the view. The property is clean and well maintained. Since it is on the slope, you have to climb the mountain a bit. But certainly not a problem for hikers. A stream, the Ason, ripples below the property. Tall trees around the property, but they don't disturb you. A very nice place to stay for 4 people. We would love to come again. Unfortunately, there are too many beautiful places waiting for us. Perfect place, the house is great, everything worked perfectly, the heating, the dishwasher, the fireplace, everything as described. Very good cleanliness, there were sheets and towels for the 9 we were. There were games for the little ones and a place to walk with the dogs. A lovely view of the mountain. I give it a 10.

We thought the villa was perfect for our little girl's weekend! Local taxi firms were very accomodating over text message as we could not speak spanish so we were able to Google translate and message them. (uber doesn't work in this area) The local GoT attractions do require booking to visit - which we did not realise but that was due to our own lack of foresight. The host was amazingly responsive, the water system was running cold and she was there within 20 mins to reset the boiler to get us hot water and to help us understand the cooking system. The villa itself was beautiful and the surrounding area was so beautiful to just sit and enjoy. Plenty of space in the villa and multiple bathroom and showers for larger groups of people. I would mention that having a car is essential to stay here for the local shopping and the check out process of disposing of the bins down the road.

Lourdes was very welcoming and friendly, spacious accommodation for our group of 18 people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is very convenient when there are many people. The house is in a very good location. Only downside but for which Lourdes is not responsible, the barking of the neighborhood dogs until late at night. We had a great time! Thanks!

For anyone going with dog(s). Two long walkable paths along the river for your dog(s) just across national road (50-100) from the house itself. Izaskun is animal lover, and she is super tolerant in that sense. The yard in front of the house has wall so if your dog is not cangaroo you are good. Everything about the place is more that good, not to write more superlatives than all 5 star notes I left to Izaskun. Nice weekend - we will probably repeat.

We were very comfortable, comfortable and clean apartment, the street below has a lot of atmosphere, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlor, parks for the kids... the kids had a great time, Samuel attentive and very kind, that's how it should be. Thank you for everything!!

We made noise because we were 14 happy boys, despite that we were not blamed for anything and we were able to make the most of it! Thank you so much. It was great. I would recommend it 100%!!!!!! Go there without a second thought, with family or friends you won't regret it.

This home is amazing! The location is near some incredible cliff walks and extraordinary beaches. Quiet but is at the back of a lively local bar, but we never heard any noise. Our hosts were outstanding, even surprising us with homemade tortillas, empanadas, and Kinder eggs for our kids. Made the stay truly special. Gracias!

Absolutely wonderful place! The photos only capture a fraction of the feeling you get when you're actually there, gazing at the ocean all day long. We couldn’t take our eyes off the view - it’s simply mesmerizing. If you love surfing, this is the perfect spot. You can literally check the conditions from the comfort of the sofa, coffee in hand. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are some great restaurants within walking distance, and a grocery store just a short drive (or bus ride) away. Maria, Iñigo, and Sonia were incredibly kind and attentive—always available and going above and beyond. Thank you so much for a wonderful week!

A magnificent place beautifully restored. Lovely grounds with an outdoor kitchen area under cover and the pool an added bonus. The views were just fabulous. Elena responded quickly to every message. Hopefully we will return for longer next time .

The house was very well located, in a quiet area in the middle of nature but very well connected. The stay was fantastic, the house has everything you need, even with soaps and gels in all the bathrooms. It has all the cooking and bbq utensils. In addition to iron, washing machine, awning. It's a real luxury of home. Thank you very much!

Ana was incredibly helpful and responsive, the property was immaculately clean with everything we needed. You can either walk or use the nearby train station to go to the old town for some pinxos! Would stay here again, thank you Ana :)

Great apartment and very close to many outlet stores. We went by car and parked in the apartment's garage, very easy to go out to visit Bilbao or Portugalete (where the Vizcaya bridge is located).

Excellent stay at Borja's apartment. The reality was exactly as described and as shown in the photos. Borja was always available and responsive. The apartment was really nice, impeccable, quiet. The neighborhood was very friendly, warm, happy at aperitif and tapas time! The historic center is very close. The city center, the Guggenheim Museum also within walking distance. Very good place! Nice modern flat walkable to Bilbao old town. Good communication on check-in. It is a first floor flat so we did experience some noise from the traffic outside the windows and neighbouring apartments, but this was less at night.

The house is old, but very well renovated and maintained. The cleanliness is excellent as well as the decoration and attention of the host Andreas. Bright with views of the hill and the countryside. The place is a bit far from urban centers. It is highly recommended for those who have their own car.
