Juan is a really friendly and helpful host who quickly responded to any queries. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and very well equipped

We felt very comfortable in Laura's apartment from the first minute! Everything was clean and exactly as described. Everything was available - from bathroom items, coffee tabs, detergent - even a Barik transport card for charging and use was ready. The location is unique - within walking distance of the old town and the Guggenheim Museum, right on the river/ tram line. Thank you again - we will be happy to come back!

Izaskun's place is beautifully decorated and very clean. The person who maintains the accommodation is very nice; we had good exchanges with her and we thank her. The accommodation is on one level; it is located on the old port of Berméo in a beautiful setting. The small balcony is very enjoyable, especially at the end of the day to sit around a coffee or an aperitif. If you have a car, there is free parking on the old port or near the football stadium (about 10 minutes' walk from the accommodation). Bilbao is about 35 minutes from Berméo. It is possible to get there by train but the journey time is rather long (1 hour 20 minutes). By car, it's relatively easy to park in the underground parking lots, one of which is close to the Guggenheim Museum (a museum that must be visited). If you want to visit San Juan de Gaztelugatxe (free), remember to book on the website in advance because the number of people is limited and it is not specified anywhere!!

We stayed at Lina's apartment over the weekend and it really met all our expectations. A very comfortable place, the description is just as it is in the photos, with easy access, and it is located in an area with bars and places to eat. It has the subway station next door, which was a plus for our stay since I had an event in San Mamés and several parts of Bilbao. Lina was very helpful, she recommended several places to eat and visit in Bilbao, I would definitely stay in his apartment again.

It was an incredible stay at Leire's apartment. Everything was as described and shown in the pictures. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. All the time we had a feeling that we were at our home rather than in a rental apartment, so that perfectly fits stay for longer term. Communication with the host was also prompt, nice and hassle-free.

The room, the house and the service are very nice. The area is also beautiful and well connected. We especially liked the bathroom and the shower! As for the equipment, the apartment has the right, in fact some cleaning item was missing such as a broom or mop (the broom was provided by Maria as requested). It could be a little more complete in terms of kitchen utensils but it has the basics.

The house was much better than we imagined. The service was perfect and everything was very clean and prepared. The only thing I think could be improved is the check-out time: it's usually at 12 noon and so there's more time to clean, but in this case it was at 11.

Space was spotless, views were incredible, beaches walkable. Gorka was incredibly responsive and Igor made checking in a breeze. We picked up fresh fish and steak from the market in Bilbao and really enjoyed the charcoal grill. We loved watching the tides roll in and out of the estuary from the deck. The view changes by the hour!

Very nice house surrounded by calm mountains. Very comfortable place to stay in for 4 people. Izaskun gave us recommendations on restaurants and local places.

Mikel was very responsive and met us outside to drive with us into the car parking and to show us around the property.The apartment is as listed and is a short bus or subway drive to the center of Bilbao. Would highly recommended this property.

I had a wonderful stay at Erika's home. The house is spacious, clean, and offers stunning mountain views that made for a serene getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living areas were comfortable and inviting. Erika was a gracious host, providing clear communication and helpful local tips. Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

Amazing apartment in a wonderful location. A walkable distance to the beach and some amazing places to eat and drink nearby. Jesus and his wife were amazing hosts too & went above and beyond to help with our needs. This included helping me after spraining my ankle by arranging a friend to pick me up to take me to local medical centre & getting myself fixed up so I could attend the football final we had flown over for. I would highly recommend the apartment and I’ll definitely would be making a return visit one day.

Great location in old town. The apartment is very spacious and had all amenities. Everything you need is a walk away. Highly recommend. Check in was a little complicated. I would recommend using Apple Maps to go to the actual address provided. Something about using google maps did not work. As long as host provides pictures it’s easy to find.

Hosts were extremely helpful. You get the ground floor & basement of their large family home to yourselves. Plenty of room. Cake & wine on arrival. Perfect base to see the Basque region & watch your team win the Europa League! Eskerrik asko!

This is a beautiful clean apartment where the bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms look newly upgraded. It has a balcony with room to sit at a table and a useat with pillows. It’s a pleasant walk to the beach. The host, Thamara, is as helpful and welcoming as possible. Castro-Urdiales is a wonderful destination for people looking for a quieter beach filled with happy families and older couples. Walk along the beach and pier and watch the fishing boats and rowers practicing for racing. Walk on the Camino Santiago along the cliffs and see the azure sea and green hills.

Nahi is a great hostess! She accomodated my late arrival and was kind to bring some stuff for my cat. The apartment is spacious and neat, contains all necessary things to make you feel like home. The area is quite and cozy with some local shops and bars nearby. Highly recommend if you want to stay outside of busy city centre, and do not mind exploring Bilbao's surroundings.
