Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lavapiés, Centro

Manuela was available when we arrived. Very good location, possibility to walk to the train station to get to Madrid in about 30 minutes. The apartment is impeccable and matches the listing. It is located in a basement of his house and there is not too much light (there is a small opening that provides daylight). We had a pleasant stay and will renew the experience at Manuela's as soon as possible. we stayed about ten days and we didn't want for anything.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—quiet but close to everything I needed. The host was friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Centrally located and well located apartment, you are walking everywhere, close to everything you have to see in Madrid, well decorated, and above all very clean. The host is very professional, willing at all times to help and give all kinds of facilities, communication has been impeccable, many recommendations for things to do. We will definitely be back!!!

Awesome centrally located apartment for our family's first visit to Madrid. Seriously, the location could not be better! Very comfortable layout with cool balcony view of Calle Mayor. Apartment is very clean, modern, and nicely appointed. Bedroom/bathroom layout was perfect for our family of 5, as no one felt cramped and there was plenty of room to lounge around and relax during down times. The host was great with communication leading up to our stay (helped arrange a luggage locker near the apartment since we arrived very early) and even let us check in a little early to rest our jet-lagged bodies. Really appreciated his thorough orientation and local recommendations for food and entertainment. While the access to the apartment and 3 barriers of entry (outside lobby door then 2 additional doors to the apartment) were initially cumbersome, I came to appreciate it by the end of our stay - made us feel very safe and secure in a large, bustling city. Great apartment! Highly recommend!

We were well received. They responded quickly and thought along with us. We felt welcome and enjoyed the beautiful clean modern apartment! The neighborhood we were in was particularly nice, with also in the private street places to have breakfast or a bite to eat. You can easily stick around the neighborhood. We'd love to come back for Madrid and also for this apartment!

The location is very good. There are many metro and train stations near the house, so it is very convenient to travel for sightseeing. The house was as clean as a new house, and the host prepared a lot of food, which was a great help throughout the trip. It's a house with the best of both hotels and Airbnbs. It's a completely clean and stylish house. In particular, they were very attentive before our arrival, and provided us with a lot of information we needed until the day we left. If I come back to Madrid, I'll stay here again. I recommend this house to many travelers. 😃 To many travelers

We had a great stay in Chamartin. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Area is great for access to town and great restaurants. Apartment is on the small side when traveling with kids given the lack of living space and a separate dining area. But the three bedrooms and balcony help make up for it, especially if not having an extended stay.
