Comfortable apartment for walking around Madrid. Being in an interior patio, it is very quiet despite being located on a street with great movement. The experience of cultural diversity in the Lavapiés neighborhood is very interesting. It was close to all the places we wanted to meet. We stayed in this apartment for 11 days and found it to be a great apartment/house. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the amenities at hand and direct transportation to the center and points of interest in Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and will help you with anything you need, always with a smile and from the heart. Regarding the apartment, it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your home. A small but super functional bathroom and a pretty good shower with pressure, hot water and different water outlet modes. It has a very practical and very comfortable patio to enjoy the sun, hang clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, iron, clean, towels and plenty of sheets... A spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't be cold or hot thanks to the heating that you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

Great place to stay for a big family while visiting Madrid. The house is located centrally and all attractions are easily accessible within 2-3 stops of the metro. The house is spotless clean, and the host has paid attention to all details to make the stay comfortable for families.

This place is located in the center of Madrid near wonderful restaurants with small parks for children. Everything we needed was in walking distance…. Market, restaurants, metro, etc… the home is very comfortable- with comfortable beds. The kitchen had the things we needed and you can do a load of laundry and she has a rack to hang dry. The home is located on a quiet street with limited traffic. There are darkening shutters to black out the rooms which is so wonderful for the late nights in Madrid! Noa responded immediately with any questions. As you can see in the photos there is not a ding table- but we almost always ate out. You will love this home if it meets the description you are looking for! We would stay here again!

Alicia's apartment is a very special place to stay. Spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished, with all the kitchen equipment and utensils we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony, enjoying the views of the mountains in the distance. We used the metro to travel in and out of Madrid. It takes about an hour, and is fairly straightforward, and clean and inexpensive. No hesitation in 100% recommending Alicia's place!

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

the apartment was impeccable, clean and tidy. The hosts were kind all the time, helped us from the moment we booked the apartment, with instructions indicating the location, to park in the garage and how to use local public transportation. Everything great... I indicate!

Google Maps took us to the back and it was a bit tricky, but the girl was attentive at all times. We arrived and they settled us in. Clean place, with heating and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Everything's good👍🏻. The free garage is appreciated.

Everything was perfect, the stay was ideal for two people, with a very nice terrace and the studio perfectly equipped with everything, breakfast included with coffee maker, toast and cookies. The place was very quiet and both hosts were super friendly, attentive and willing to help at all times. Highly recommended

I stayed in January, and the place was perfectly warm all the time - not just the room, but the bathroom and common areas too. I learned that in Spain that shouldn’t be taken for granted :) it’s almost right in front on a metro station, so easy to get around.

This accommodation is spacious, bright, quiet and clean. Good bedding. The metro is close to get to Madrid.

The place has a unique character and is full of charming details. Fatima is very communicative, friendly, proactive and genuinely warm. She checked in with us often, offered great tips and was really nice! Everything about the trip exceeded our expectations. We would like to stay here again when we come back to Madrid!

Stayed at the apartment for a week with my family of three persons, and it was perfect choice for us. Very good location, easy to access and check in and unique style. Also Madrid is very cool place to visit. Martin was helpful and friendly host. Recommended.

The accommodation was very near the sights to see in Madrid. It is only space for one, as described. Everything you need is at hand. María is very understanding and easy to work with on check-in. The city is quite walkable, and has terrific metro! I very much enjoyed my first visit to Spain. Be sure to give the full address when using Uber/Bolt.

The apartment was very comfortable and well located. There are 3 metro stations within a 5 to 10-minute walk which allows access to two different metro lines. Many of the tourist destinations are also within 15 to 20 minutes. The apartment was quiet and well-insulated from street noise. Ammar was also a great host and very responsive. We had a problem with the washer, and he came to fix it that same afternoon. I highly recommend this apartment if you want to be in Centro!
