Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lavapiés, Centro

Mohri is a very engaged and responsive host. Tatiana was most helpful in letting us in and showing us around the very clean and well equipped apartment. Small living room cum kitchen but adequate for our needs. Spacious bathroom with washing machine. Be careful with the shower head so water does not spill onto the floor. Centrally located! Near the La Latina metro, two grocery stores (Dia and Carrefour Express) and plenty of restaurants. It’s on a busy street but faces the back so no street noise. Plenty of taxis and Ubers. While it is three flights up, there is a small but convenient elevator/lift. Just a 10 minute walk to Plaza Mayor and another five minutes from there to Puerta del Sol. While in the area, stop at Chocolateria San Gines for chocolate and churros! Check Thyssen, Reina Sofia, and Prado museums for their free hours. For those over 65, Reina Sophia is free and Prado offers half price. Enjoy Madrid!

Good location!

Excellent location, close to subway stations, restaurants and neighborhood markets. The property was well equipped, with a washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, split air conditioning, large screen TV, etc.

Amazing neighborhood location. Steps from a small multi-stall food market, surrounded by restaurants. Maybe 2-3 blocks to a metro stop. We are walkers and we walked to Prado/Retiro and some other fun sights. On a lovely little side street of flower-filled balconies. We were briefly confused about getting in (our fault exhausted after overnight flight—communication had been messaged in link) and response was immediate. It’s small, with steep stairs to small bedroom #2 and only sort of private between the rooms, and that suited our family situation just fine. Beds/linens were super comfortable on both beds and the aircon very cool for hot days. Highly recommend and would stay again.

David’s flat was perfect! It is nestled amongst great local restaurants, shops and grocery stores. We found a great tapas bar El Bombin where the owners treated us like family. We were able to walk to BOTIN and plaza Mayor. Additional the metro station is less than a five minute walk.

Beautiful and large apartment, well-located and well-equipped. The grocery store is a stone's throw from the apartment. We were two couples and the apartment by its division allowed us to each have our privacy. Our arrival went very well with the help of a good accommodation from our hosts. I highly recommend this place.

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

If there was a rating above 5 we would have given it! The perfect apartment! Private pool and building pool, gym, parking, 2 superb terraces, all very well-equipped, finally a real quality Airbnb! Ramon gave us excellent addresses for lunch while waiting for the arrival time, was accommodating to let us leave a little later! We look forward to coming back soon

He made numerous helpful recommendations, and really made our time in Madrid enjoyable. His place is pristine and beautiful, & we will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in town! Perfect host and nice place plus quiet and comfortable house.

We were surprised by the location of the home, its was next to a cafe and felt like it was once one! We were greeted by a friend of the host, and everything was explained to us very nicely. The place was well equipped,clean and comfortable for 6 of us. It is located near public transport, and amazing supermarkets selling great fruits nearby! We enjoyed our stay here.

Alvaro’s place was spacious and beautiful! It had everything you could possibly need. We felt very comfortable there. I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend his place.

If you are looking for a perfect location, this is it! This place is located a few meters away from the Sofia museum, very central for walking and exploring the city. Not only that, but the major train station is just a 5 min walk away and metro is also close by. The flat itself was roomy and the bed was comfortable. I was traveling solo, but i could see this being good for a couple. Overall a great stay and would return next time I'm in Madrid.

Wonderful flat! Comfortable with lovely view of the street. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Amazing location close to public transit, cabs, restaurants, cafes, and all tourism sites. Amazingly quiet given how close to the action. Stepping onto the street was suddenly private. There are markets nearby for food and essentials. The host was not only incredibly kind and timely, but even flexible with check in. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Great apartment right opposite Mercado San Miguel and Plaza Mayor. Could do with salt and paper and oil etc but everything else was there. Great spot to explore Madrid from

Igor was quick to respond to questions and very informative. The place is centrally located so we were able to walk everywhere.

I recommend this apartment for its location, comfortable, in a very quiet place and just 100 meters from La Gran Vía, the host Nuria is very kind.

The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning in both rooms, well-equipped kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower. Suitable for long-term stays for a couple.
