Convenient, accessible place in the heart of the Malasaña neighborhood. Helpful staff and great location. I recommend watching sunset @ the Templo de Debod and strolling back to the hostal after dark, to choose from many options for outdoor dining nearby.

Host communication: he responded quickly, was accurate and his answers Check-in and check-out ease: great, all online and fast Location and safety of the area: easy access to tourist places and the subway Cleanliness and condition of the place: everything was very, very clean, I congratulate them for it :-) Amenities (bed, WiFi, hot water, etc.): great water pressure, spacious place, perfect Wifi signal. Overall atmosphere of the hostel/loft: it was very cozy, I felt right at home. Value for money: for the cleanliness, the kitchen, Aspects to improve (if any): that it has the kitchen appliance or that it is indicated in the summary of the ad that there is not one, thank goodness I asked and she sees things to do in the oven :-) They had 2 ovens and 3 microwaves, which was perfect for me. Final recommendation: I loved the friendliness, cleanliness, and the spacious and cozy spaces.

The house is located in the tourist area, close to the Royal Palace of Madrid, Plaza del Sol Plaza, there are various restaurants, clothes shops, fruit shops, fruit shops, very convenient, the host exchanged me for a double room with a bigger house, very happy, it is very quiet at night, I am surprised, I recommend staying

Our stay was perfect!! The room was different from the one in the photos, but much larger and more spacious. It was very clean, the floors were clean, the bathroom was clean, the sheets were clean. We also found a kettle and drinks such as tea, coffee, hot chocolate… and small snacks. They treated us very well, both for check-in and check-out, responding immediately to messages and helping us in the best possible way. Central location, in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Gran Vía. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect! It’s very simple, but exactly what we needed. It was straightforward, very clean (and new!), quiet and with really clear instructions. If you’re just needing a safe, quiet, comfy place to sleep (and not much else since there is just a mini fridge and no kitchen) then this is a fantastic option. We didn’t have (or need) any interaction with anyone else since the keypad made it really easy and flexible to our schedule. Also bonus for a great shower!!

I think it was excellent, the metro access station near the hostel. As for the staff, the reception and guidance was very good. A safe place and close to the placeed Turisticos. I recommend Meeting Point.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, and I loved how easy it was to come and go using just a key in the door—it gave me so much flexibility to enter at any time. I also appreciated the respectful atmosphere among guests; everyone seemed to value each other's space and privacy. We stayed here for three nights, and we were warmly welcomed right away. The environment was very familiar with both hosts and other guests. The hostel was not only a place to sleep, but it was an exciting experience that allowed us to enjoy the city of Madrid to the fullest.
