Located in the upper side of the vibrant neighborhood of Lavapiés, 2 minutes from the subway stop Antón Martín and 4 min from Tirso de Molina, 10 min from Atocha and Museo Reina Sofía. Elevator in the building, near stores, restaurants and cafes and 5 min from a 24 hours market.

Stunning at old city center! AC and heating

NO SELF CHECK IN, IMPERATIVE TO GIVE SCHEDULE. Beautiful apartment of 145m2 on a 2nd floor with elevator, in the city center, beside Plaza Mayor (3 min walking), with all the flavor of the old manor buildings but all the comforts of our time, from WIFI to Smart TV, free HBO, kitchen, and a great decor! Heaters in all the flat and air conditioning (only in the living room but powerful) +ceiling fans. I'm always available for any question and my own guide with my favorite places in Madrid for you.

Coqueto piso con garage en antiguo palacio rehabilitado en pleno centro a 10 minutos de la puerta del Sol. La casa es acogedora, cómoda, luminosa y muy tranquila al ser interior, por lo que no notarás que te alojas en pleno centro de Madrid. Dispone de una habitacion con cama de matrimonio. Ademas hay un sofá cama en el salón a disposición de quien lo solicite. Cuidamos mucho la decoracion, la luz, los detalles y la limpieza. Te encantara! Plaza de garage solo a 15€ la noche!

Mi escondite, es un loft tranquilo ya que no da a la calle, está muy bien diseñado y es muy còmodo.Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia agradable. Está muy céntrico con supemercado abierto 24 horas y un mercado a 20 metros con restaurantes y sitios de tapas. Si es domingo podèis ir andando al rastro, que es espectacular, andando a museos, parque del retiro, estación de Atocha y metro a 20m. Totalmente desifectado tras cada salida. OS ESPERAMOS
